I stop struggling against Avin's death hook as I know for sure I won't be able to get myself free. While he was dragging me, I could feel his tone muscles in his arm. 'If...If only my muscles will grow.'
As I use my hooked arm to touch my biceps and triceps. "Why is it soft!? I did as much training as much as you do so...how?" Avin assists me down the stairs look at me as he chuckles.
"How can they grow if you eat so little and insist on an only vegetable diet?"
"B-but mushrooms are delicious and my favourite..." I said as I start to sulk, Gill following us, speculating our conversation gradually a smile creep onto his face.
As we were about to reach the two large front door we all spotted Daisy. "F*ck! Why is she here?!" Avin express as he grimaces. "Young master Avin, watch your language in front of the Young Master." luckily Gill has already covered my ears gently.
"Oh... my bad, " he shrugs and turns to me, "Don't curse like me alright? Only I can do that!" I nodded as Avin proudly stick his chest high, It was a funny sight. I unexpectedly see Daisy right beside Avin. It was as if she used a shadow skill...
"I heard from father that YOU and Aust are both going out shopping. May I tag along as well?" she used her trademark smile identical to the game. 'Woah, from youth she already learned how to smile like that? That is an accomplishment!'
We didn't even give her a reply, she already started walking towards the entrance open by her knights.
The carriage we use was quite extravagant since Daisy was coming along. The whole ride was extremely confining.
Once we reach a town near our house, we all started to wander around. The knights follow Daisy loyally while Gill, Avin and I walk towards the other side of the market.
"We need to get you clothes so let's go!" Avin utters out while brimming with excitement.
We walk through the crowd of people and notice many things. Many vendors sell accessories, some sell fruits and some sell vegetables.
I took a pendant with a feather design as it reminds me of Alfie. Gill paid in my stead as he was responsible for holding on to our allowances.
Many were shouting, " Buy one item get the other item 50% off!" which instantly reminds me of the earth when there was a sale going on.
We wandered quite a long time until they manage to find a clothing store. The store's name was "Bastion's Clothing" as the store was filled with customers for both genders.
Surprisingly they have make-up things for the ladies, different types of cloth, women and men's clothes from casual wear to formal wear. Avin decides to pull me one side towards the people working there. They are easy to find as they wore a uniform similar to a butler style while having a measuring tape around their nape.
I could hear the ladies whispers, " Oh wow they are so cute!" or " Are they from a high-class noble family?" There were many whispering to each other but my attention on that was short-lived. Our disguise wasn't good enough it seems. As if Avin can see through what I was thinking he whispers, " What disguise, all of your clothes is the same replica?" he snickers.
"Hmph, " I cross my folded arms. I unfold my arms as the employees arrived.
One of the employees attending to me start measuring me. The rest were talking to Avin offering different designs for clothing style. Many designs were shown to me while I rejected majority.
The designer's reactions were from surprised, angry, depressed and happy(?). Those were some amazing tailor as they seem happy when I rejected their designs.
The atmosphere was great until someone walks in from behind the cashiers. The customers start to whispering. Tension in the air was heavy. Avin can recognise that person instantly yet I was left in the dark.
"Good afternoon, Avin! My, my who is this cutie!?" the guy who seem to our age walk towards us.
I look at Avin then look back at him. Our gazes slightly met before I look away. The brunette walks closer and closer before bowing and ask, " May I kiss your hand?" I reply with a shrug and said, "Sure?"
Avin quickly asks for a handkerchief from Gill and wipe my hand when the brunette turns to his back to order for a resting room to be prepared.
The brunette turns around to face us. " Ah! Right, I forgot to introduce myself! My name is William, William Bastion. May I get to know your name too young miss? " he winks at me.
Avin uses 'death hook' around my neck. As he pulls me away, he stood in front, between William and me.
" That is my BROTHER. He is not a GIRL! You also don't DESERVE to know his name! " I could see literal fumes coming out of Avin.
William just laughs, " Well, I am just teasing you. Come in the resting room, it is already prepared for us."
We follow him in as he leads us to a guestroom. Both Avin and I sat down next to each other while Gill stands behind us.
"Would you like to explore more of our designs that have yet to be confirmed? They are better than the older designs that is for sure," he spoke with his businessman smile.
"It better be up to our standards, " Avin hiss at him.
"Of course!" Will just clap twice before the employees start bringing in the physical designs. Many of the designs are pretty good that my eyes sparkle when I saw them.
I just want to go back to that dreadful house as soon as possible. Luckily Avin saw my reaction and pick some out for me before purchasing.
William was standing outside to say his goodbyes as we left. Gill starts to inform me what Avin purchase, a few oversized blouses short and long sleeve, some long pants, some cloaks and lastly a pair of jet black ankle boots.
'Isn't that a lot!?' I gaze at Avin. He looks at me with his innocent look. Coincidentally after walking a few metres away, we bump into Daisy who bought a mountain of dresses, accessories and make up products.
Her knights were both hands full. She walks towards us with her villainous smile and gifts me a present. " You better not throw it away, " she grins and walks away.
Avin spoke up " It is not a bomb right?" I giggle at his response and shook my head side to side. "It shouldn't be. Daisy can be nice sometimes...I feel."
I take a little peek in the box she gifts me. I blush as I quickly close it.
"Little Aust what is it?" Avin looks at me very curious. "I-It is nothing important ... j-just some clothes..." I shutter out.
"It must be something embarrassing!" Avin said as he snickers. Gill who was behind me looks away as he let out some muffled laughter.
