"Woah! So your telling me that demons aren't mindless beasts?" Mugen asked, travelling with his old mentor. They passed through the cave of bats. Somehow, someway... They were simply back, shivering in silence as they watched the two pass by. "Look Sora~Boy... Demons won't attack you if they know they're beat. Like animals, demons know when they are the prey or predator."
Mugen placed a hand on his chin and continued onwards, looking up to the bats that caused him his pain. "Tch. Wish they'd grow balls." He comments, "Haha! You still want them dead?" They continued through the opening until finally reaching the area of toppled boulders. "Course! These months haven't gone to waste. You should know! I'm different from back then." They took a stop, unable to pass by due to the stones that collapsed.
"Hyah!" Mugen punched the toppled boulders, clearing a path in an instant. "Good~Good! You've bulked up so much, you wouldn't be able to crawl under that little opening. Would be a shame if you couldn't make yourself a path. You'd be trapped otherwise!" He then laughed out loud, "Hyaaaaahahahaa!"
Mugen dropped his eyebrows, somewhat unsettled. Now, all before them was a straight path back to the entrance of the ditch. "Stay behind me." Mugen placed his arm infront of the old man, making his way forwards. Each step shook the cave itself. Not by power, but by dominance. He's bested bats the size of carriages. Rats running up five feet centipedes that could gobble him whole. even Arachnids that made him out for food. He survived... No... He bested all!
This boy, no older than fifteen was now a conqueror. Finally emerging out of the mineshaft, the massive hairy beast lied wait. Approaching this creature was no boy, he was a young man.
Mugen carried no shirt. He walked with scars buried upon his body, stretching from his forehead, reaching down to his very abdominals. Twists and tears, bruises and batters, rips and slits. He bared all of them. The air was filled with completion as his now 5'8 figure took to his opponent. "Yo-Yo! Remember me?"
He bulked up, quite alot actually. He still possessed a lean body. His body was well-developed, refined to take anything and deal damage. His muscles were particularly robust. They were nothing a human couldn't receive, but to gain such a body in only three months?
He'd put any bodybuilder to shame with one raw punch. He made sure he didn't gain much weight but at the same time gain muscle. He needed his speed, so refining himself was better than stacking more pounds and protein.
They were back in the ditch, darkness still blotting out the sun. The only source of light was the blue torches about the whole arena. By the looks of it, the massive demon boar was going berserk. Most stone pillars had been smashed to dust.
"Not only is he three inches taller, he had reached the pique of human power, alongside gaining a sense of refined intellect." The elder tussled his beard to the side, "Tsuki, you damn brat!" He balled up his fists and grit his rotting teeth. "This boy has no longer than six years ahead of him. What were you planning, dragging a boy into this hell-scape?"
Mugen took grasp of Tsuki's bow. He had a particularly wide smirk ahead of him. His roaring pectorals tightened as he armed his bow with an arrow. Pulling the wire back, his biceps rose, tunneling the pressure with easy movements. The large beast was unsure. Ever since Mugen got there, not once has it made a screech. Perhaps it knew it had been defeated?
Or so one would think.
"Raaaaugh!!!"
It released a deafening war-cry as it smashed itself in the wall. "You missed... Kinda slow really." Mugen teased, awaiting for the beast to turn around. "Graaaaaugh!" The massive boar fell to the floor, blood spewing from it's right eye.
Mugen was truly sad. Disappointed, if anything else. "Seriously? Give me a challenge." In a swift moment, he dodged another charge ~ "Perfect."
Like thunder, three arrows were already inside of the boar's side. "Raaaaugh!" It mindlessly charged again, lacking the accuracy due to its loss of eye.
It stopped...
With one hand, Mugen stopped the beast. It shook hesitantly as it kept trying to charge but Mugen simply clenched tightly upon it's nose, carrying a menacing smirk. "You can't hit me, much less hurt me... Give up why don't you?" Ofcourse, Mugen would kill it regardless.
Without giving the beast time to give up, he clenched the beast's nose tightly before slamming its body into the floor. This was different from last time. This was a massacre. In the creature's sense of daze, Mugen walked around it, firing an arrow in each joint of the demon's legs.
The beast howled out in pain but honestly, Mugen saw this as payback. 'What is he thinking? Where does this rage and aggression come from?' The elder thought back to Yamato. 'He was such a calm individual. How is this boy his son?'
"Sad aren't you?" Finally, he returned to the very front of the dying boar. "What do you say I finish this?" He laid the bow down, alongside the quiver of arrows. Mugen made his way to one of the many stone pillars of the area then proceeded to shatter it in a single blow. After such, he lifted a large piece of debris and returned to the ten metre tall beast.
"This'll kill you in an instant."
*Splat!*
