Place: the story takes place on planet Earth (different dimension)

Time period: modern times

Settings: although Earth is a planet populated with humans, over the years, humans have been exposed to creatures from other planets, whether it may be invading attempts, calls for help, or requests for an alliance.

That has given Earthlings an idea of how vast and diverse the universe is and as such, they've allied together and formed an outstanding organisation called "Earth Defensive Alliance", or "EDA".

EDA's job is to provide assistance to planet Earth in all alien matters, with the help of modern and alien technology. It's noteworthy to mention that not all of EDA members are humans.

Down the line, EDA was recognised as an independent unit and Earth as an independent planet by the Supreme Galactic Alliance, which is an organisation of countless planets around the galaxy that help eachother to prevent galactical inequality (think United Nations).

That being said, it's hard to keep track of the its members, let alone that Earth is this new member, which almost guarantees little to no help unless humans prove themselves powerful enough to support others (too much for preventing inequality huh?).

In Earth humans usually have no special abilities. That being said, 13 years ago (before the story takes place), multiple comets were spotted around the solar system.

A couple have made it to Earth and it is said that it's caused some weird changes in genetics to those who were exposed to it's radiation and now many people have some sort of special powers.

As a result of these special abilities appearing, a ranking system was required;

ranks start from E- (normal human) and up to S (a human with abilities powerful enough to wipe out whole cities). In the rare scenarios, you'd find a double S rank or triple S (SSS) rank which is powerful enough to wipe out entire continants.

Needless to say, these high rankers are all hired by the EDA, or eliminated by other equal ranks to avoid risks. Note that ranks are not absolute and the difference is pretty huge, even among same ranks. Ex, a rank S could be 3 times as powerful as another S rank.

In schools and work, the governments and EDA are usually making their best to prevent trouble caused by abilities, or inequalities for that matter.

And in normal circumstances, people with special abilities are expected to help out when needed.

Arc 1 - The Aftermath (Nemesis): The story of two girls who are bound by hatred and envy. One has everything while the other has nothing but a broken mind and a shattered heart!

Arc 2 - An Angel's Sin (Heaven's Fall): While diving into the depth of a war between the ancient rulers of the Demon Realm, our protagonist is met with an unknown enemy that has quite the grudge against sinners.
