A powerful explosion, yet once again, shook the barrier surrounding Cyber City as the two attacks collided in the sky. Sparks of colorful energy waves filled the atmosphere in a frightening, yet marvelous, display of supreme power.
While the mysterious person's expression was ashen under their concealing layer of mist, Kayla's was… rather peculiar; her seemingly innocent smile froze on her face as her mouth kept on twitching strangely while her eyes betrayed a hint of struggle. It seemed as though she was one step away from either laughing hysterically or unleashing her inner demons, or maybe both.
While the showdown continued between the two, time did not wait as the seconds kept on ticking by.
