Foundation Establishment Realm- Cultivation arts or tools that is harder for Qi Refining became easier, it consist of early, middle and late stage. It has the life span of over 200 years.

Golden Core Formation- usually are elders of a middle-tier sect. The difference of late stage Foundation Establishment Realm is so wide that their strength couldn't be compare at all. Consist of early, middle and late stage, has the life span of 300 years.

Nascent Soul- the full potential of a cultivator in the lower realm, it has no realm but if reached the limit of the Nascent Soul realm, Lightning Tribulation will appear and test you if you are qualified to enter higher realms.
