Fear, extreme fear, was what Lushen was feeling right now. The blood thirsty aura coming from the aligator has paralized him. Through his antenna, he also noticed that all the surrounding creatures where also still. Obviously Luhsan was well hidden, so none of them could sense him.
Lushen watches as the large aligator floats further down stream. Only after it had left his view was Lushen able to move his body again.
'I can still feel its pressure, I think its only because I possess a human mind that I can still now move under this pressure, I probably also have a stronger soul than the average creature does. I should take advantage of this, that aligator would ignore me anyways and all the surrounding weak creatures should still be paralized with fear.'
Immediatly after thinking about this, Lushen decided to rush around the area looking for creatures he can take advantage of, but first he very quickly rushed to a small puddle that was below his tree and had a quick drink to quench his thirst.
After that he rushed back up the tree ready to start his hunt.
He first uses his antenna to detect for weak creatures. His antenna have been able to sense hundreds of smells, some strong and some weak. He is thinking that most of the strong smells are powerful creatures, so he is going to avoid them. At the same time, the smells that are incredibly weak are likely to be ambush hunters that are purposefully hiding themselves.
One of the smells is something he recognises, its the same sickly sweet smell that the rainbow backed beetle produced. He instantly charged towards that direction using the shade made by the trees as cover.
After arriving at the location he sees 5 rainbow backed beetles lying on the floor. He knows there not dead because he can sense their life, but probably due to them being so weak, the effect from the aligator has completely paralised them.
He swiftly takes advantage of this by rushing up to each one of them using his new skill 'bite' he quickly kills all of them in one shot. One of them managed to survive but even then it still didn't react.

Lushen puts 40 points into cultivation so he can go to the next level and then the remaining 20 points become SP.
<"Ding! Congratulations host for reaching body refining - level 3">
<"Added 20 System Points">
After getting the points and confirming his new strength, Lushen quickly starts looking for new prey. He doesn't want to waste time since he doesn't know how long the fear effect will last.
Searching, he discovered a smell near by that was neither strong nor weak. He decided to check it out to see if it was something killable.
After spending 10 minutes traveling through the trees he see's a white creature. Seeing that it isn't moving he decides to get a closer look. The creature was covered with white snow fur with the occasional strand of grey. It had large ears which where as long as his whole body, drooping beside it.
Lushen instantly knew that it was a rabbit. The ears, the long feet, the face all resembled a rabbit. This rabbit was very similar to ones on earth, execpt its ears where very long reaching half its height, and its paws had sharp curved claws which resembeled curved knives.
Lushen saw that it wasn't moving, instead it was just sitting like it had lost its soul. He instantly knew this is what creatures looked like when they are effected by the aligators pressure. Knowing that it has been effected and is spaced out is making Lushen tempted to try to kill it. First he needs to be quick as he doesn't know how long the effect will last, but also be cautious as the rabbit is much larger that himself.
First he finds a small rock on the ground and throws it at the rabbit to see if there's a response. He made sure to throw the rock with a lot of force to make sure that it can feel it.
The rock quickly flew through the air, finally hitting the rabbit on the neck, causing the rabbit to wobble quite a lot. Rabbit didn't react. After seeing that the rabbit didn't move he quickly decides to open the shop.
<"Skill: Dash - 20SP">
<"Dash - Allows the host make a quick dash in a certain direction. Effect: +15% speed.">
<"Congratulation host for purchasing Skill: 'Dash'">
When he first saw this skill in the shop he already had an understanding that it would boost his speed. Due to this situation he knew that he should be as quick as possible when attacking it but also be fast enough to climb up the trees and escape should things go south.
Calming his mind he got into his best mind state ready for the battle.
"Dash" He used his new skill right off the bat and zoomed down the tree and headed straight for the rabbit. Before when he had just arrived he had already checked the area in case there was another animal also trying to hunt but his antenna didn't sense anything, this is what gave him the confidence to fight on the ground.
In a few short seconds he had already reached the rabbit, he wasn't sure if attacking it would pull it out of it's trance, as such he decided to try and do the most damage he could in his first attack. Using the momentum he has created he leaps at its middle neck area and uses 'bite'. The momentum plus the 'bite' allowed him to do a lot of damage.
Due to 'bite' leveling up the shadow mandables are now a bit larger and stronger.
He manged to create a large bite mark on its neck and is now injecting as much venom as he can, knowing that for such a large creature it would require a lot of venom.
*Screech!*
A loud high pitch screech sounded out. After hearing the noise, he knew that the rabbit had woken up. He quickly positioned his body to be on the rabbits back and using his legs he digs into its flesh so it can't easily shake him off.
Once stable he started his attacks, aiming at its neck and body he kept using 'bite' and injecting as much venom as he can.
The rabbit is in pain, it was scared to its soul when the pressure from the aligator came down like a mountain. Standing there doing nothing he didn't dare to move. It suddently felt a large pain on its neck, and it quickly snapped out of its trance.
It noticed a small centipede on its back constantly biting it while using its feet to piece its flesh with its thousands of legs. It was enraged, 'how dare a tiny insect cause me pain'.
Its blood thirsty nature started to show. Its previously ice blue eyes are now a deep blood red, its claws are radiating with danger and its razor like teeth starting to show.
Noticing this change Lushen thought 'damn, is this one of those killer bunnys? I thought bunnys where suppost to be cute and fluffy, not demonic and scary like this one'.
The bunny started darting around the place hoping to shake him off, but because his thousands of legs are firmly in its flesh it isn't affecting him much. The bunnys back now covered in a mix of blood and orangy red blood that's been poisoned.
The bunny is furious that it cant knock the insect off its back. It tried to attack but it's front claws couldn't reach its back and when it tries to use its back legs the centipede just moves out of its reach.
Its only chance is to jump around and hope it gets knocked off. Slowly the bunny starts to get sluggish. The bunny is wondering what's going on since it knows that its stamina is a lot larger than this, since it has to daily run away from other predators.
Lushen however knows that its his poison that's causing it to slow. He is also starting to get a little worried since the loud noise gave away their position at the beginning and now there's blood from the rabbit, other animals might come over.
Wanting to finish this quickly he closes his mandibles making them look like a spear tip and aims it at the bunny's head, hoping to pierce its skull so it can attack the brain.
Once the bunny has temporarily stopped moving due poison, Lushen uses this opportunity to bend his body and then flings it forward in the hope he can create the most piercing damage possible on the bunnys head.
Just as the bunny saw Lushen's movement it wanted to attack.
*Crack*
A piercing pain shot through the bunnys body and a hole was made in its skull. Lushen quickly used that hole as a place to attack and directly destroyed its brain.
The large bunny body suddenly went limp and a few of its limbs started to twitch.
Apon seeing that the bunny was dead he quickly used 'consume' on it, then used 'dash' to make his way back to a tree and then started to make his way home.
<"Ding! The host has absorbed 100 essence.">
He ignored the notification and just focused on getting home. After the battle with the rabbit he is incredibly tired, plus even though the rabbit didn't touch him the bouncing around it did when trying to fling him off made him very dizzy and tired.
Just as he got into his home, a sudden fatigue came over his body and he passed out.
