The town keeps track of population and also would ensure guardianship over the children left at his home. This is so no one can just claim them in future, just because they're biological ascendence. This also entitles them to special assistance to ensure a future for them in any and all cases. After he completed his documents, he received supplies to assist with raising the two new comers in his home. Tutela went back home and setup the empty room they had in the back. Terra had got them to nap and was helping Tutela setup the room. When finished with the room, Terra setout to open their shop and inspect the bracelets closer. Tutela tended to the young ones and when it was for nap again he made lunch when Terra came in to join she explained the only difference between the bracelets was one has emerald dust, and the other opal. Thats when they found what names fit them best, and they each had matching eyes to the stones as well. From that moment on, they grew up as a brilliant and loving family.

They learn so much over the years. Everything from geology through astrology, and chemistry through engineering. Within a decade the kids were already creating their own gadgets and exploring discoveries around them. Once they got to be ten rotations around the sun, they had a ceremony to celebrate. Every decade was considered highly important, and was meant to assist you into the next one as you continue to grow and gives you more access to things you couldn't before. Years went by and their area started to get attacked more often, as such the kids started making their own ideas into what would become not just specialties, but also develop thier characters. When further investigating the area they stumbled on a passage to another room, and crawl in to find the area untouched. They rummage through things and grab what they can use or anything of value. Opal sees a info bank with a transfer crystal still in it, she takes it out and places it in her pocket to check later. When they were leaving Emerald spotted a staff and grabbed before they resealed they area up. When they made in back to their town it was partially in flames and raiders were leaving. When they got in town and heard the raiders stole all the medical supplies and towns currency, (currency being precious metals and gems as pure values which are absolute).

This was the moment Opal and Emerald changed from innocent lifestyles. They went home and suited up to get everything back. This was their turning point, and they were more than qualified to obtain what was stolen.
