The old owner of World Blueprint. About to retire.

Waltren was born with a weak body. Ever since child, he had been staying on the bed, everyday. Without father, his sicked mother had been taking care of him.

He met Reylaw Steiner at the age of ten, asked him to join Brainxus Club. Later, Waltren was given chance to design Imperfect Blueprint and owned World Blueprint once he hit thirteen. He was considered to be the youngest member of Brainxus Club at that time.

Then after returned to his home, Third World, her mother was killed. Accidentally, he erased the leader of the scout squad and experienced his first time having zero World Value. Reylaw saved him after a couple of weeks trapped in the end of World, his lived began to replace the leader with her mother disappeared forever.

Eight years with World Blueprint, he had been synchronized with seven realities to compensate of his lost chilldhood. As the result that eight years had grow to 56 years. Plus with 13, his age was 69 years with appearance of 21 years old. This was standard age based on First World because he was growing there. As in Third World, average age was half of Second World(Science Reality).

As his life about to come end due his weaken body began taking effect, he decided he lived enough to pass World Blueprint into someone else.

Despite so, he didn't forget his cursed job as a reserve -- standby -- soldier.
