Merlin summons a sword from thin air and hands it to the man.
"As King, I challenge you to two-on-one combat."
He says as he takes the sword, it suddenly glowing blue and white. I nod and smile.
"I accept. What is your name?"
I ask, he starts laughing boldly and happily.
"It is not very often I meet people who do not know my name. I am King Arthur, leader of The Knights of The Round."
He says, waving for us to follow him.
"Merlin, announce to the town that I, King Arthur, have challenged outsiders to a sparring match."
He says as Merlin nods and vanishes. We walk behind him, Azeroth and Blankk whispering to themselves through corridors and several doors. After several minutes of walking, we see a large metal gate blocking us from a colosseum.
"You will enter from this side when the gate opens. Only the two I challenged though. I will go to the other gate and wait there. Good luck."
He says as he starts walking down another adjacent corridor that wraps around the colosseum.
After a few minutes of feeling a slight nervousness, I see the other gate lift. As King Arthur walks out, a deafening cheer rings through the entire colosseum. Vex laughs and draws both of his speed swords.
"Let's see how we stack up compared to the leader of the strongest guild."
He says as I nod. Warren taps my shoulder.
"That sword he's wielding, you should be wary of it."
He says as Vex chuckles and I sigh.
"Thanks, I'll keep that obvious assessment in mind."
I reply as Warren laughs.
"Just trying to help."
The gate suddenly starts slowly raising up.
"And his opponents! Vex and Dante!"
I hear Merlin yell as we start to walk out.
"Good luck guys!"
"You can do it!"
"Don't get hit!"
"I believe in you!"
Blankk, Mia, Azeroth, and Warren all say as we walk through. The crowd around us is laughing as the gate slams shut.
"You guys don't know what you've agreed too!"
One man shouts from the crowd as Arthur readies his greatsword and takes a wide stance. Merlin suddenly casts a spell.
"[Area Of Undying 10]."
Arthur smiles and nods.
"Now I won't accidentally kill you both."
He says as I smile and pull my dagger off my hip. The entire arena falls silent as we wait for the match to start. Merlin suddenly shouts.
"Begin!"
Before I can take a step, Vex is slashing King Arthurs back and sides as fast as he can. A blindingly fast flurry of attacks and swings with his damaged, and undamaged, swords.
Arthur laughs and swings back towards Vex incredibly fast with that large sword. As Vex appears back beside me, I see he's sweating lightly.
"He's no joke, I can't even scratch him."
He mumbles as I nod and hold out my hand.
"[Telekinesis 5]."
I watch Arthur start floating as he smiles and nods. Before he can speak, I throw him high into the air, about 1,000 feet, and then release him. After a few seconds, he slams into the ground. A dust cloud gets kicked up from his impact, and before it clears a sword rams through my stomach.

I get launched back into the wall from the attack.

I cough up blood and lay face down on the ground, masked by the dust cloud still.
He just took all but 1 on my hit points. What was that attack, and why wasn't he bothered by that fall.
I think, slowly standing up and seeing the wound on my stomach slowly healing. As I look up I see Arthur's sword swinging towards Vex's face. Before it hits I hear Vex yell.
"[Thunder Clap 2]!"
He narrowly dodges under Arthurs swing and puts his palm to his chest.
"[Thunder Clap 3]!"
A blinding white and blue light flashes the entire arena. As I regain my vision, I see Vex on one knee with his palm out. I look around and see Arthur embedded in the concrete wall about 80 feet away. I limp over to Vex and see all the skin on his hand, and halfway up his forearm, is peeled off and burned.
"Whoo! Its been a while since I took damage! I almost forgot the rush of good combat."
Arthur says as he pulls himself out of the wall, and dusts off his armor.
"Awaken: Excalibur."
His sword suddenly releases a heavy blue aura and the blade starts glowing.
"For making me feel pain for the first time in a long time, I'll let you see how I fight when I'm slightly serious."
He says as he appears at me and cleaves down at an angle. As I step back, his sword hits Vex and knocks him out.
Shit! He wasn't aiming for me.
I think as he starts swinging precisely and deliberately, no movement wasted. His swings aren't fast, just overpowering. Any one hit would kill me instantly.
As his sword slams down next to me, I quickly cut his cheek with my dagger and jump back. He takes a step back and touches his face, revealing blood on his gauntlet.
"You. You managed to cut me."
He mumbles before smiling and looking at me.
"Tell me, what magic items are you using?"
He asks while I stand ready.
"I have a ring that increases my stats by two times, and this dagger which increases damage against living targets. I also have a pendant that increases my regeneration."
I say as he stares at me blankly before laying his sword down and pulling a pendant off his neck that was hidden under his armor.
"This pendant was a gift, and until today, almost no one could overpower it."
He says as I stare at him. He continues.
"This pendant automatically brings damage done against me down to zero, if the attack didn't do more that five percent of my health. The reason I'm never damaged is because the armor I wear halves all damage I recieve."
He says, slowly picking his sword back up and putting his pendant back on.
"For the first time in a long time, I'm not going to hold back."
He says as I brace myself and get ready to dodge. Before I can react, he's gone. As I hear the dirt behind me kick up, I quickly cast a spell.

I quickly lunge forward as the tip of his blade cuts my back slightly.

As I spin around, I see him already swinging down towards me again.

I swing towards King Arthur with the dagger as he hits me. I ignore the notification and carry through, blood streaming from my lip and neck from where he hit me. As my blade slashes his fist, I kick him as as hard as possible.
I fall back onto the ground, shaking as I see Arthur bleeding profusely while embedded several feet into the concrete wall.
"Who ever stands up first wins!"
I hear Merlin shout as I attempt to stand up. As I get my weight under me, I collapse forward and see the time remaining.

"I will win. [Wrath 5]."

I quickly jolt to my feet through the pain as a gasp overtakes the entire colosseum. After a few seconds I see Arthur emerge from the wall with a wide grin.
"Impressive, but I know that those spells carry a heavy side effect."
I feel myself cough up blood as I fall to my knees and struggle to breathe.
"You should be glad we have [Area of Undying] active right now. You would probably die from those side effects otherwise. You won this fight."
He says while I collapse. As my vision goes blurry, I see a notification.
