As I look around, I notice a few people on the road looking at me. Vex speaks up.
"Are you saying that you completed an A-Class dungeon by yourself?"
He asks as I nod and look at the people watching us. I see one man with a longsword on his hip and armor start walking towards me.
"Uh, sir. D-did you lose your companions in that dungeon? For only you to emerge, it just seems hard to believe you might've went through a dungeon by yourself."
He asks as I shake my hear. I watch him inspect me, looking at my torn clothes and blood stained skin.
"Sir, would you happen to know what challenge class that dungeon was?"
The man asks as I laugh.
"Well, I've been told it was A-Class. And the level one hundred and twenties inside would support the argument. But I never remember anyone saying there being a level one hundred and seventy in an A-Class dungeon."
I reply as I look at the people that were standing behind him. Everyone looks well armed and geared, but seem inexperienced.
"Sir! Could you, um, maybe help us?"
He mumbles as I look back to him.
"With what?"
I ask as he looks at the portal behind me. Warren laughs and strokes his beard.
"Boy, you do realize that's an S-Class dungeon, right?"
Warren asks as the man nods.
"We're a small guild, but we're tired of the larger guilds pushing us around and laughing at us. We want to be acknowledged as a guild as well, the Class-B and higher guilds refuse to even work with us."
He says as I shake my head.
"Sorry, maybe I'm missing something. Are guilds supposed to work together?"
I ask and Warren nods as the man in front of me drops to his hands and knees.
"The only guilds that would even consider working with us are farmers and guard guilds. We're tired of being spit on, and we want to be seen as equals to the other guilds."
He says, almost begging. I sigh and think to myself for a moment before speaking up.
"Tell me, who among you has the highest score? Who among you is the leader?"
I ask as a man in the back steps forward.
"I'm not the leader, that would be the one groveling. I have the highest score in this guild, four hundred."
He says as I laugh.
"I refuse, if four hundred is your highest score, you wouldn't survive the first encounter in the S-Class dungeon. However, if you come across a C or B-Class dungeon, I will help you."
I say as I stretch and look at the deep blue sky. Without knowing, I catch a rock from the air thrown towards the man in front of me.
How did I catch this when I wasn't even aware it was coming.
I think as I look where it came from. A man with a black cloak and skull mask is standing about 30 feet away with his hand out.
"Oh, extremely fast reflexes."
He says as I glare at him.
"After clearing a A-Class dungeon with no problems, you are too scared to take on a Class-S dungeon?"
He says as he walks towards me.
"What class are you?"
He asks, getting inches from my face. I smile and crush the rock in my hand.
"I'm F-Class."
I smirk as he nods and walks into the portal behind us.
I hear a collective gasp across all the bystanders as even I'm taken by shock.
No way, he'll die if he takes that on solo. He'd have to be S-Class to even hope to survive that.
I think as I quickly turn to go into the portal. As I take one step, he walks out. As I stare at him, he doesn't have a scratch on him. He looks to me and laughs before touching the bone fixed to the front of his mask.
"You're S-Class in score alone. In abilities and combat experience, you have less knowledge than those you refuse to help."
He says as I quickly throw a punch towards him. In the blink of an eye, he's balancing on my fist with his foot to my throat. His black boot drags the skin on my Adam's apple as he flips over my hand and pats my shoulder.
"One day you'll be dangerous, but not today."
He says calmly as I grit my teeth and smile.
"[Dominate 5]."
I whisper to myself as he looks at me.
"Would you think such low level spells would work on me, even further accrediting to your lack of experience."
I growl and glare at him and he flings his cape towards me and vanishes. His voice echoes through the surrounding area as I look around.
"You have potential. Whenever you feel as though you could defeat me, leave your current guild and join The Reapers. We will train you to your full potential."
His voice echoes before the wind blows and silences his words. I quickly look to everyone.
"Anyone have information on who that was?!"
I shout angrily as Azeroth nods.
"I'm pretty sure that was the leader of The Reapers. They have the lowest score out of the three strongest guilds, but they are still to be feared."
Azeroth says as I turn around.
"Do you know his name?"
I ask quietly as Azeroth shakes his head.
The portal cracks and shifts as weapons appear on the ground. The portal changes to a faint blue color as I walk over and inspect the items. I feel my heart sink as I look at the 2 items left unclaimed.
