Without examining her cellphone they can't access texts, or determined who Michelle was texting when,
but data from a nearby cell tower shows her cellphone was still on in the vicinity of haven apartment complex at 8:30 p.m., when Michelle was last seen leaving the complex. There were no additional phone calls or texts messages that were sent from that phone. What we suspect was that the cellphone was left on until the battery died.
