Without waiting for Marquis Cres Val's reply, Russel left his office. Closing the door, he let out a sigh and slowly walked into the hallway. He was planning to talk with the marquis again later about his plan on meeting the King. Aside from delivering their message on what may happen to him in the future, he also wanted to meet his real father. Russel does not have any attachment or desire for 'familial love'. He was just purely curious about his real father.
Russel was not planning to go back to the open field where Gian who was taking torturing training under the supervision of those Generals. Though he was feeling a little guilty for leaving Gian alone to suffer those hard training, he was still not willing to share the physical hardship with him. It was already enough for Russel that he was taking most of the psychological impact of their past. Just let Gian handle those physical pain for now.
