Lorenzo stood underneath a black umbrella talking to the pilot, Lorenzo hadn't spoken a word to me since we got out of the lift. I knew there was nothing I could do to change his mind, he wanted this baby out of me. I held the gun in my cardigan hoping I wouldn't have to use it.

He wouldn't even look at me, he avoided me like a plague. The car door was suddenly yank opened and Lorenzo stood before me. He looks down at me, holding an umbrella, I quickly drop the gun. He looked pissed—like always—he was dressed in a grey sweater and black trousers. I so used to see him in a suit, that this felt wrong.

"Let go, plane's ready," he says coldly. This was it, the second we get on that plane I will have no power.

"Maya." Lorenzo peeks into the car

"You have to help me," I grumble, shuffling closer to the door.
