Arana finally finished her breakfast, As it was Sunday and no school, so she was just looking forward to spending her rest of the day with her parents but then...
"Mrs. Marshall, here there is a call for you," A servant said as she passed the phone to her mother.
She took the phone as she wondered who will call her this early in the morning.
"Hello?"
Arana just quietly looked at her mom, her expression was just still, making her feel a little anxious.
Her dad who was tying Ash's shoelaces looked towards her and frowned. He patted Ash's head as he told him to go and play then walked towards Arana, as he rested his arm on her shoulder giving her a warming smile, she looked at her dad as she smiled back brightly.
Finally, the call ended and her mom looked at the daughter and father's duo smiling at each other.
He noticed that call ended and quickly asked, "What happened, honey?"
Tears slowly appeared in her eyes as she uttered weakly "I.. I..finally got that proje..ct"
Arana just looked at her mother who cried for the first time in front of her, 'Project?', She smiled as she finally realized 'Project! she finally got a project' and screamed loudly "ASH! MOM DID IT"
After a long time, she could finally see her mother happy, genuinely happy,
Her dad quickly walked towards her mother and hug her tight, while proudly patted her back as if telling her he is proud of her.
Seeing her mother happy she couldn't help but tear up as she walked and hugged her mom and dad. Finally, after all that struggle her mother faced she finally did it.
She did it!
Her mom left her family just to chase her dream, she knew that things will not be that easy for her. But she was confident that with her talent she can do it but things got messed up when the Easton family didn't leave her alone even after abandoning her mother, they didn't let her stay in peace. Her mother's father and her so called grandpa make sure no company in the music industry tries to work with her mother or even help her. They thought once she will get tired and give up then she will return back home and beg them to accept her after all the nuisance she created. How dare they even expect that from her mother? her mother, she never gives up, the only thing she has ever give up on was on giving up.
And now finally after all that, no one could stop her mom from finally getting what she always wanted and deserved.
Seeing them all crying and hugging each other, Ash just look at them from distance and pouted confusingly.
They laughed at his reaction, wiping off each other tears they called him in unison "Come give us HUG! ASH!"
But Ash just looks at them with a straight face and said "NO" and start running.
They just look at each other dumbfounded, but soon an evil smirk appeared on their faces. As they all ran behind Ash trying to grab him in a tight hug.
It was the best birthday I could ever have asked for, these smiling faces, warming hearts, her mother crying out in happiness. There was nothing that she wished for anymore.

Her mom gives both of the kids a soft kiss on their forehead, as their father patted on both of their heads before entering the car.
She and Ash just waved from far.
"BYE! MOMMA! BYE PAPA! COME BACK EARLY!" They both yell enthusiastically in unison.
They both just smiled looking at the little ones as they drove away.
Ash looked at Arana with his big bami eyes staring at her, she frowned as she asked "What?"
He bites his lower lip, as his eyes sparkled looking at her.
'what a failure to act cute in front of me but okay nevermind' Arana said in her mind *moving on*
"Sisi, It's your birthday right?"
"Yes, and?"
He gave her that puppy look as he asked innocently yet not innocently "Why don't you play piano today? It's your birthday, you should play today."
She chuckled as she finally found his ulterior motive and replied, "Okay, what will you give me if played ha?" Well, She knew Ash loves to listen to her play and shockingly more than their own mom while claiming that she plays just like their mom... she doesn't know why that's hilarious and pleasing at the same time.
"I will give you your favorite chocolates"
"Aww. Really? Then okay let's go"
