Cyra also jumped on top of it, but before she could sit down, Kyan gently pulled her into his embrace to hold her, then commanded the lava hound to move.
Then it was Kyan turn to be stunned; Cyra wasn't exactly shy and immediately used him as a pillow to make the ride even more comfortable... while she was normally cold and indifferent, she could feel safe around Kyan for some reason, a cold calming sensation took over her body the moment she touched Kyan and entered a happy state.
"So tell me, is there something that I should know about the second part of the inheritance beforehand?"
"The tests are actually fixed. The only tricky part is getting inside because we have to have enough people arrived before the gate, but the numbers are never fixed!"

The moment they arrived, there were already roughly a hundred disciplines present. Still, they were scattered all around the place, in the hill-side stood an enormous Grey Halo, it was the gate as more and more people arrived a small black hole turned bigger and bigger until it fully covered the entire Halo, when this happened there were already more than 250 people present. The gate started emitting a high pitch alarm.
Some unlucky fools started running towards the gate, but most people present continued to sit and wait motionlessly. Upon contact with the black substance, most of them were instantly vaporized while the lucky ones only lost one or two limbs, but they were eliminated by the now standing fellows who had no pity for them and sent them out without bidding an eye.
While this was happening, Cyra also managed to reach an [E:100] and got her final Halo, but unlike before, it did nothing to the other Halos, and it was a rather weird one at that.

The first cycle that Cyra activated was blinking, which was followed by looking, breathing, swallowing, feeling, hearing, smelling; as Cyra pulse started slowly rise, a faint white smoke started flying out of the hearing mouth; this was the aftereffect of the small bursts of the pulses, her pulse gradually reached the number 15 and stopped there.
The disturbed Essence flow also had another effect, which has removed the calming feeling that she felt by staying closer to Kyan. So she gradually returned to her cold and indifferent self, but her trembling has also returned with that. It wasn't as intense as before, but it was still visible.
"Are you all right?" Asked Kyan as he walked to Cyra's side and held her trembling hands with great worry in his eyes. He even took out medicine and gave it to Cyra to ease her condition. After 5 minutes, the trembling stopped, - "Wow, it's worked; I'm glad that I was able to help Senior Sister!"
As far as matters stood, Cyra didn't really care about people, not before and definitely not now, as people still kept arriving she saw more and more familiar faces that she saw during the first legacy yet, she knew nothing about them, the arriving people eventually joined preformed groups, there were exactly 10 of them.
Kyan group was actually the biggest with more than 40 ppl while the rest had anything between 10 to 20. Still, the moment Kyan said Senior sister, everything became dead silent. Nobody dared to utter another word. It appeared that the only reason that they were able to talk so casually because their Senior brother wasn't here, but now it doesn't seem like he will be coming at all.
Everyone present fixed their eyes on Cyra, they couldn't believe that such a delicate and cute girl could kill him, but she was here, and Kyan's words also conformed it, so they had nothing to say, what could they even say?

There she took out her little lizard to show off her pet, well the little guy wasn't so little anymore as it has grown to almost one meter in length, and when it came to food, it was acting like an endless pit that could devour anything and anyone. Still, the moment it saw Cyra holding Adam in his arms, it became incredibly hostile and bit him.
"Hey, you witch! Return Adam immediately!" Screamed Ray from the top of his lungs, but he was cut short as one of Kyan servants moved and held a sword to his throat, a clear cut appeared on his neck - "What the? Are you crazy, Ana? Do you try to kill me? He backed off when thinking about this but got even angrier as blue veins have started to appear on his face.
He melted the sword with his bare hands then angrily glared and Cyra but eventually turned his attention to Kyan than said, - "Senior brother Kyan I see you managed to add another puppet to your collection for that. I congratulate you, but please stop joking around and return Adam to us!"
