Ari stares stunned at just what happened. He just saw the most beautiful girl in his life and his stupid heart just skipped a beat. He as usual glued his eyes to his phone to avoid making any small talk or just to try avoiding talking to anyone.
He hated talking to anyone outside of work and especially strange or new faces. After his meeting with his cousin regarding the PR of his company's new product, he just wanted to get out of here.
Just when he stepped out of the room he felt someone looking at him.
Now, usually he can easily ignore it but this just refused to go away. So, he turned his head to give them a cold stare that usually did the trick but he couldn't take off his eyes of her. Even though she was lying on the ground in what looked like wet clothes with only half her body visible and that messy hair, he was unable to take off his eyes of her.
He looked at her eyes and in that second, he just knew it was love at first sight. And when she suddenly turned her head, got up and took that man along with her in the bathroom, I wanted to punch something. This is bad.
For the first time in my life, I feel attracted to a girl. And she is already with someone??
I .. I should do something.. maybe offer help to her.
It looked like she fell on the floor. Maybe she was hurt badly. I ignore Andre calling me and try to think of something.
Just then I look upon hearing the door's click to see Mark being pushed out and the door is closed with a bang.
I quickly text Andre:
'Ask him about the girl...'
I look up to see him taking out his phone and reading the message.
And he gives me a fucking huge smile and I just know that this was going to be tonight's dinner discussion at my home. There was no way he was going to let me off.
I should have asked myself but knowing how bad I am at this I tell myself to suck it up when I remember her face.
I nervously look at him knowing that if he didn't do anything, I would probably scare off the staff and probably the girl too.
I just need time. I am sure I can prepare for this properly. I need to plan it out. Yes, I just need a plan and probably someone's help too.
