TILLY, upon seeing the emptiness in Kiho's eyes, cupped her husband's handsome face between her hands. "Honey, I understand that your parents' past was tragic. I felt bad for Yumi, too. But I still can't forgive them for trying to hurt our family. Am I wrong for holding onto my grudges against Kyro and Yumi?"
Only then did Kiho look like he had returned to his senses.
Her husband held her hand while shaking his head.
"Your feelings are valid, honey," Kiho said, squeezing her hands. "I admit that I'm shaken after seeing my parents' past. But that doesn't mean I'll forgive them for all the bad things that they did to you and our children. I'm still determined to make them pay for their sins."
She was relieved to hear that.
