Kenji-san and Tael-san's father continued to converse as if they were old friends. I honestly cannot believe they're able to act as if there's nothing going on underneath their conversation.
Kany and Tael-san have elected to head over to the dinner table. I am questioning if I should do that too, but at the same time I need to supervise Kenji-san and ensure that nothing bad happens to him. I know he's capable of taking care of himself, but I still can't help worrying.
It's like he's… a kid. That's awful of me to say, but he can't protect himself like the rest of us can, nor can he run away if something bad were to happen. The most he can do is attempt to crawl away if spells start flying or weapons are swung.
