We stared at Tael-san in silence. The dark room around us allowed his words to echo for a moment before they dissipated into nothingness.

"Fix…?" I repeated. I wasn't exactly sure what Tael-san meant by this, but I want to find out.
"Well, it's not a guarantee." Tael-san shrugged and walked towards the stairs.
"The boat leaves the port in about…" He looked towards the window. "I'd say four hours? Give or take one, anyway. We need to pack up stuff for a five day long trip, so let's get to it."
"W-Wait!" Kany ran forwards. "What the hell are you talking about? What do you mean by being able to 'fix' Onii-san? Why do we all need to leave? What about the fact that some crazy people just tried to murder one of us? Also, what about the fact that YOU nearly killed two people just a few minutes ago?"
