I trudged through the sweltering streets of Ruks. The average citizen would either ignore me or stare at me in confusion due to the thin membrane that surrounded my body, but I paid them no mind. I'm a bit upset right now due to the inopportune arrival of this letter from my father. I don't want to have to worry about that, but I don't exactly have a choice at the moment.
After I spent quite a bit of time walking, I finally managed to arrive at my childhood home. The green exterior which contrasted with the surrounding buildings made finding it easy, not that I had any trouble navigating towards it in the first place.
I've spent the majority of my life within that building. I probably know it better than anything else. The only reason I moved out was because Lon insisted that I leave the house out of fear for my mental health.
