The realization of what is left for us to do wiped the smirk off of my face. Within my stomach, I can feel this strange weightlessness. It's like when you have to face a task that you don't want to do, but there is no more time to procrastinate.
General Meduso turned and walked towards me.
"I don't suppose you have an extra set of clothes for me, do you?" He asked.
I shook my head. "Sorry. We didn't think you'd be naked so…"
"Nevermind. Have you seen my sword at least?"
"You mean that shortsword that was at your hip a while ago?" Kany asked.
"Yes. Do you have it?" He looked at each of us in an attempt to locate his sword. "It was a gift from my father quite some time ago…"
"Uh… No. I do not have it." I scratched the back of my head. I don't know why I feel nervous, but when he's grilling me like this it makes me uncomfortable.
"Hm…" General Meduso groaned before he stuck his left arm out.
