As the undead abominations fell limply before my feet, I looked over the rest of the battlefield. Every ten seconds another volley of cannonballs would erupt from the zeppelin as the monsters on the ground were ripped apart. The few beasts that were still standing after the onslaught of attacks were swiftly dealt with by the adventurers that had accompanied us on our journey.
I turned around and looked for my party members. Tael and Kany can probably take care of themselves, but Erana isn't meant to fight in the front. She can handle these monsters without a problem, but I'd rather ease her burden if I'm capable of doing so.
A fourth volley came from the heavens as more monsters were decimated. I saw a flash of solar energy blast out from nearby, so I ran towards it as quickly as I could. When I got close, I saw Erana cornering a few lizals and skeletal warriors. Though monster faces are hard to read, I still could tell that they were afraid of her.
