The boy with no armor heard a voice as he began to open his eyes. The voice sounded familiar as it said. "Your greatness, are you finally awake?"
The boy with no armor sprang upward as he sat up on the sand and thought. "Where am I? What is this place?" He moved his head and his eyes as he looked around at his surroundings.
He was sitting in a sand pit. There was a girl standing in front of him who looked down at him concerningly. The girl had long black hair and light blue eyes. She wore silver armor with a gold trim around the edge. The armor also had gold on the center of the chestplate. However, her armor only covered the left side of her body and was cracked. The right side of her body was missing armor completely.
The boy with no armor thought as he looked up at the girl with black hair. "What happened to her? Why is her armor destroyed? And wait a second... didn't she used to have a weapon on her? What happened to it?"
The girl with black hair looked down at the boy with no armor and said with concern. "What is wrong, Your Greatness?"
The boy with no armor thought while confused. "Your Greatness? Is she talking about me? Why is she calling me th-?" The boy's thoughts were suddenly cut off by the sound of a familiar voice.
The familiar voice was feminine, and it said. "Little Brother, so you're awake now?"
The boy with no armor thought with surprise. "Huh? That sounded like Sis-" His thoughts were interrupted again by the same voice from before.
The familiar feminine voice said. "Why do you seem surprised? Did you forget that I was the one who brought you here?"
The boy with no armor thought while both shocked and confused. "What is she talking about?" He moved his head to look up at the source of the familiar feminine voice and thought. "I was brought here by Andr-" He stopped mid sentence and froze in place as he looked at the people in the top section of the stadium.
There were three people in the top section of the stadium. There was one man by himself and then a girl standing alongside another man.
The boy with no armor recognized all three people standing in the top section of the stadium.
The man by himself stood in between the two seats and looked down at everybody on the bottom two levels. He had white hair, and he wore armor that was both white and crimson. The left half was white, and the right half was crimson. The two sides were divided diagonally. His mask was the exact same design as his armor. The left side of the mask was white, and the right side was crimson, and it was divided diagonally. Strapped to his back was a white greatsword that leaned to his left. On the left side of his waist was a white shortsword, and on the right side of his waist was a white katana.
The girl and the man who stood next to each other stood in front of the left seat. The girl stood to the left, and the man stood to the right.
The man wore thick white armor with a crimson mask on the right side of his head. He had orangish brown hair. He also possessed a handsome face with dark blue eyes. Strapped to his waist were two matching white daggers. Strapped to his back was a great bow as well as giant steel arrows.
The girl who stood to the left of the man with the great bow looked like she was in her mid teens. She had long light brown hair that was brushed over to the left and went about halfway down her back. The girl wore silver armor with a gold trim around the edge. The armor also had gold on the center of the chest plate. She had bright yellow eyes. She also had a sword strapped to her back that leaned to her left.
The boy with no armor thought as he looked at the girl and the man who were standing next to each other. "Why are Andreas and Sister here? Didn't Sister say she was going to deal with an enemy kingdom or something? So why is she here?"
The girl with long light brown hair who stood at the top section of the stadium said. "What are you thinking about so hard, Little Brother?" She smirked and said. "What are you trying to figure out?"
The boy with no armor looked at Ismene and said. "I don't understand... I don't remem-"
The girl with long light brown hair, Ismene, cut off the boy with no armor from speaking as she smirked and said. "Remember what? There is nothing to remember. We just got here, after all. You fainted in the Throne Room, and then I had to wait for Andreas to arrive so the three of us could teleport here. We obviously can't be down there with you because we aren't participants."
The boy with no armor thought. "Huh? I fainted in the Throne Room? What is she talking about? I left the Throne Room with SG and Mother's First Guardian..." A sudden look of realization hit his face as he remembered his throat being cut by Alessia's sword. He immediately rubbed his throat with both of his hands, but his throat felt normal. There was no sign of any past or present injury. The armorless boy then had a confused expression plastered on his face as he thought. "So, was it all just a dream then? It had to be, right? If I got my throat slit I would've died, but obviously, I'm not dead. I must've had another dream about being killed again. Just like when I had that dream that Father was slicing my head off with his sword, and when I had that dream about Father drowning me in the lake near the castle, as well as that dream about Father locking me in the furnace. Oh, also, that dream about Father-"
The girl with black hair interrupted the armorless boy's thoughts as she yelled out. "Don't believe her, Your Greatness! She is trying to trick you!"
The boy with no armor thought while puzzled. "Huh? Trick me? What is she talking about? Is she saying it is not a dream? But it had to be, right? It wouldn't make sense for it not to be, right?" He began to frantically look around the stadium with his eyes as he thought. "Nothing is the same as I remember it because everything I remember never actually happened, right?" He thought confidently. "Grandfather's not here." His eyes came across a person wearing a complete set of crimson armor that looks the exact same as the one known as "Grandfather" from his memory, but he only had no crimson greatswords in his hands, strapped to his body, or anywhere near him. His vibe was also completely different from the one known as "Grandfather" from his memory and his crimson mask wasn't covering his face. His face looked too young to be the boy's grandfather.
The armorless boy's eyes then came across a man with a crimson mask covering his face that wore sandals and didn't have a shirt on. However, the man with the crimson mask wasn't quietly observing everything from his seat at the top section of the stadium like the Set from his memory. He was instead down in the sand pit with a crimson greatsword in his hand and a wound that went diagonally across his chest that was almost completely closed up.
The armorless boy's thoughts ran rampant as he noticed all the differences from the stadium he saw compared to the stadium he saw in his memory. "The stadium is cracked... The four sections are only two... Atreus is not here... Auntie Alekto is not here... Uncle Kapaneus isn't here... Silver haired boy has a spear instead of a katana... Boy with a spear has nothing..." The armorless boy's rampant thoughts suddenly came to a halt as he stared at something intensely. He had a look of surprise on his face.
