Sherlock is sitting down in the middle of his destroyed flat. It has been 2 weeks since they know that Molly and Rosie is still alive. They mainly focused on rebuilding Baker Street at first. But now the progress seems in stall, John begins to feel restless again. Especially when there are no more news from Molly and Rosie, and there's no way to contact them either.
"So what are we going to do now?" John asked Sherlock. "Can't we at least tell Lestrade?"
Sherlock who continue reading his book didn't bother to lift his eyes from it. "No. She said we must wait then we wait."
John sighs impatiently. "Are you sure they are alright? They are woman and children, what if something unexpected happened to them?"
"She managed to escaped under our nose, more over deceived multiple people, I think they will be okay." Sherlock said. He finally reach the final page of his "Picture of Dorian Gray" book.
Now he quietly staring an empty wall filled with bullet holes.
"There's a lot we need to observed though.." Sherlock said.
"Like what?"
"Like who is that guy Molly saw. Is it really Moriarty related or it's just some kind of her own paranoia?"
"If it isn't related, then why are we sitting in a room full of bullet holes and damage items?" John asked.
"That is the question too. Why are they shooting us? We haven't found any clue about Molly when it happened."
John quietly thinks.
"Maybe they search for Molly too? They also didn't believe she's dead?" John suggested.
"The gun and the grenade, most likely it was Molly who put it here right?"
"Big possibility." Sherlock answered. "Still so many question." Sherlock mumbled.
"Did you said anything to Mycroft?"
"I can't jeopardized their safety."
"So no Mycroft. No Lestrade. We on our own."
"And James." Sherlock added.
"Do you think he's our ally?"
"Not so sure either. But he came handy at critical moment isn't he?" Sherlock said.
"Uhhm, excuse me." Said a voice by the door. Sherlock and John surprised by the sudden interruption.
"I'm so sorry. I'm just here to deliver some mail. I try to rang the bell, but.. it seems to be broken. And I try to knocked, but.."
"The door is broken too, we understand." said John.
A girl with veil covering her hair is entering the room while admiring the rundown interior of the living room. She wears a sling bag and take out a letter from it.
"Woww, I never thought I could come in here. I heard you guys were ambushed by a truck full of armed men." she said.
"Actually it was a bus." John corrected.
"Ah sorry, I'm actually a big fan of you guys. Do you mind signing an autograph for me?"
John feels flattered. "Did they still do that? Asking for autograph? Mostly people now just asking for photograph." John said.
"Here you are, sir. If you don't mind." the young women gives John a piece of paper. "You must be John Watson." she said again
"Oh right, can you please wrote it "to Vanda"." asked the girl again.
"Yes, off course.. by the way that gloomy looking man over there is the famous Sherlock Holmes." John continued.
The girl in hijab now approaching Sherlock who is in no mood for socializing.
"I'm so sorry for interrupting you, sir." she said giddily. "If you don't mind.." She shoves a blank paper in front of Sherlock.
Just when Sherlock's hand was about to reach for the paper, the girl pull her hand back a little. Sherlock instinctively look up to her to see what is wrong. When he sees her face, she doesn't say anything, just quietly smile while holding the paper. And then she shoves it back in front of Sherlock. Sherlock still surprised by her manner, finally take the paper and prepares to sign it. But before he signs it he stops for a moment.
"Is something wrong?" John asked.
"No, not really.." Sherlock said unsure. "Ah, excuse me.. what was your name again?" Sherlock asked to the messenger girl.
"Vanda." she said clearly.
Sherlock sign the paper and gives it back to her.
"Thank you, sir. It's an honour to meet you. Oh right, this is your mail." Vanda said handing over a piece of envelope.
Then with just that she's vanished from the room.
Sherlock still unsure of what happened just sitting there with empty stare.
"What?" John asked, reckons his friend seems distracted.
"Nothing." Sherlock said.
He then opens the envelope he just received. Suddenly he stopped moving.
"It's empty.." Sherlock said in amusement.
"Okay, now what?" John asked, annoyed by his friend every move.
"The envelope, it's empty."
"What? Is there anything written on the envelope?"
"Just my name." Sherlock said.
John walks towards Sherlock to see what is he talking about.
"Bloody hell, it is empty. Is it some kind of joke?"
"When you sign the paper before, did you feel anything?" Sherlock asked.
"Feel like what? Don't think so. Why do you ask?"
"It feels like.. there's something engraved on the paper." Sherlock said. "And why she pulled the paper when I was reaching for it?"
"Did she?" John confused.
Sherlock stares at the empty envelope. "John, what if it's from them?"
"You mean Molly and Rosie?" John quickly getting excited. "But why is it empty?"
Sherlock sit down and thinks again.
"What if the message is not in the envelope. Molly doesn't want anyone else to know where she is." Sherlock said again.
He then quietly close his eyes. "There's something engraved on that paper I'm sure. It feels like.. petals. It was a flower, but what kind.." Sherlock suddenly realizes something
"The messenger is the message. That is why she pulled the paper back there. She wants me to see.. See her. She wears a veil, a hijab, so she is indeed muslim. So the place Molly went must be a muslims populated country, but which one?" Sherlock thinks again.
"The flower.." he said, closing his eyes again. Its not a rose, and it's not roundly shaped. It was an orchid!" Sherlock yelled in victory.
"So, muslims populated country that has orchid." John summed it up.
"It's must be in South East Asia. Either Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia." said Sherlock.
"That is so far from here." John amazed.
Sherlock thinks again and he pull out his phone.
"You're going to google it?" John said in disbelieve.
"I'm not the all seing eye." defends Sherlock "If I don't know I must use the internet like everybody else."
"I need more keywords." Sherlock said. He tries to concentrated again. The messenger girl only here in for short moment, what else can he noticed? She's wearing a veil, she asked for autograph..
"What was her name again?" Sherlock asked suddenly.
"Who?"
"The girl's name. The messenger girl."
"Oh, it was Vanda. I remembered since I wrote her an autograph." said John proudly.
Sherlock typed the word and smiles. "Vanda Miss Joaquiem. Singapore national flower." Sherlock said in satisfaction. "Singapore. There is where Molly and Rosie is."
John face fill with happiness. "So are we going to pick them up?"
I guess we're going to Singapore." Sherlock said.
