Cartlon looked at the fire before him.
He remembered Alice and wondered what she was doing at the moment.
"Huh!"
Ephor caught everyone's attention as he took a long sigh. He abruptly looked away when Cartlon glared at him. "A deafening silence," Ephor murmured as he played with his fifty and sharp fingernails.
The guard said, "You noticed it too. But, is only between Captain and Thaline."
However, Thaline heard her name. She cleared her throat and said, "I am innocent,"
She took the firing wood and put it into the fire. There was no trace of guilt nor happiness on her lips.
In a circular formation, the guard, Thaline, Ephor and Carlton seated on the log that was covered by a thick and warm fabric. The snow has begun yet, the ground came to be frozen and chilled.
