Fortunately, Cartlon reached it and saw the leaflet on its palm. Before getting it from the deity's palm, he looked upon at the guard who's holding his arm and the steeds' rope.
"Deity of the elements, allow me to use the leaflet!"

Until he gets the small book on the statue's palm.
Cartlon and the guard immediately jumped and ride on the back of the steeds. The leaflet sparkled as it was rested on Cartlon's palm.
"Touch my back! We need to be hurry!" Cartlon said.
The guard willingly touched his back. His gaze rested on the small, sparkling book. He was astounded and aghast as Cartlon slowly opened the leaflet.
Before starting to read the oration that was engraved on its page, he glanced at the guard for the time and nodded his head.
