~ Third Person's Point of View ~
The place came to be darker while the undead became stronger and belligerent. They are more enthusiastic and assertive during at night.
Princess Alice could not accept downfall and infamy. She do believe that everything happens with a reason and every catastrophes and mishap have corresponding solutions.
The best thing she can do is to get rid of the eating flesh monsters that are trying to harm her and her people.
Cartlon on the other side breathes heavily. He thought of one best thing to do to run off from the snarling undead.
He said, "Hatius! Guide the princess to the barrack and we will be staying here with your twin brother! We will follow as soon as you get there!"
Hatius looked at the princess's eyes and shook his head to convince her majesty. "Let's go, your majesty! They will be safe and unharmed."
Princess Alice wanted to stay but she can't beat all of them. As they keep standing in the same ground the number of undead increases. They appeared from nowhere and so Alice ended up in a certain conclusion.
"Where did they come from?" Phoax was horrified and frightened by the impossible sight.
Cartlon furiously stared at Alice because she's not moving still. "Alice, you must go now!"
"Yaah!" Blood splashes into Phoax's chest when Alice stabbed the undead who was ready to gnaw his arm. He then looked at the princess with amusement.
Phoax was about to give thanks to the princess but Hatius grabbed her arm. He exclaimed, "Come with me, your majesty!"
Alice has no power that can stop the time and for her to save all of them. She sniffed and looked back, luckily Cartlon and Phoax at running towards her.
"Open the gate!" Hatius commanded and Morgan's men quickly obeyed.
"Run quickly!" Hatius added.
Fortunately, Princess Alice and Hatius successfully went inside of the barrack. The door was wide opened and sooner it will be closed to safeguard everyone inside.
Alice holds her breath as she watches Cartlon and Phoax running as fast as they can to get into the barrack.
"Grrrgh!" Flesh-eating beasts growled horrendously and awfully. They are trying to reach one of them, however, Cartlon accidentally staggered and fall into the ground.
Phoax said, "Get quickly swordsman! They are near!" The young man helped him to stand. Until both of them caught off their balance due to a single rock on the way.
Alice exclaimed, "Stay here Hatius!" She put her hand on his shoulder and stopped him of what I'm was planning.
Her majesty glances at the bleeding sword of her. She can't amount to something anymore how many lives she was taken away since the apocalypse began?
She cannot bear to know the exact amount because Alice will never forgive herself. But the destiny pushed and forced her to do so.
"Yaah! I will finish this war sooner or later!" Princess Alice swipes her weapon and lets the undead beheaded. When she has the opportunity, she immediately embraces Cartlon and Hatius helped his twin brother.
"Close the gate!" Phoax screamed.
Morgan's men close the entrance, but the undead forced to get inside. They nudged the door and used their heads. All of them are strong and powerful.
In a single effort, the door was broken but Princess Alice remained breathing heavily.
Out of nowhere, Morgan showed up and exclaimed. "Get inside, now!"
Little did they know that there was another entrance. Morgan hurriedly unlocked the fence and let all of them get into, untouched yet exhausted and tired out.
The fence was made of woods but it was unbreakable and shatterproof. Cartlon was mesmerized upon looking at it and he cannot believe that Morgan built such wonderful and safe barrack within fifteen days.
Hatius inhaled before he speaks. He said, "That was too close!"
The young man bent low to touch his knees and breathes in. As if he was saying 'Wooh! That was scary and treacherous'
Cartlon tried to stand up still beside her majesty though he's breathing heavily. His eyes were stuck into Morgan as they can understand what it means.
Morgan glances at the princess and said, "Your majesty, it was indeed an honour to catch a glimpse of you. I have been dreamin' and hopin' to meet the greatest and fearless Princess of all Kingdom on earth."
He reached the princess's hand and hold it with care and compassion. As if it was a glass that was made of gold and riches that's not supposed to be broken.
Alice was electrified when he kissed the back of her hand. It was a soothing sensation that made her system, calm but frightened. Morgan's kiss was warm as the heat of the sun.
His touch was as gentle as the cotton. His lips were delicate as the texture of an expensive fabric.
Alice said, "We do not have enough time to stay here any longer, quest man. I know that you know why and what I came for to see you. Morgan, I am asking for your honesty and not your opinion– your past."
The princess was too cold like an ice burg in the deep sea. She would always stare and smile instead of being afraid and hopeless.
Instead of being real, Morgan turned his gaze to Phoax. "Prepare delicious food for the princess!" He commanded.
Phoax bowed his head and quickly relinquished into the cuisine to prepare fresh meats and bread for the visitors. Hatius added, "Your majesty, I will help my brother to finish it as soon as possible!"
She shook her head and smiled at him. Hatius understood what she meant for and disappeared from sight.
"I am delighted to see you again, Morgan." Cartlon tried to tell it easily although he was emphasizing the word 'delighted' in an enthusiastic voice.
His expression doesn't adjoin with the words that coming out from his mouth. He then tapped the quest man's shoulder and whispered into his ears.
"Perhaps, you miss each other."
"My mistake, your majesty."
Morgan gave admiration to the princess and speak, "Before we begin, please do accept my offer to have a cup of tea. You two must be thirsty and hungry running away from the undead. Aren't you?"
"That's an absurd query!" Cartlon said in a mischievous way.
"Follow us!" Alice looked at him without validating Morgan's offer.
He was dumbfounded and watch the princess walking together with Morgan. He murmured, "What are you planning to commend, Alice?
