~ Third Person's Point of View ~
* Prince Zeln's Hideaway *
Zachary slowly closes his eyes. It was a tiring and mind-blowing revelation and swords fight with Captain Saquiel's men.
However, he can't fall into a deep and peaceful sleep as what the young princess told him to do so.
"Where's the princess go?" He uttered while in closed eyes.
Zachary touches his wound and tried to stand. Unfortunately, he can't bear the pain within.
"The Princess is right. I should not force myself to find the Prince at my current condition."
He then whispered into the air and lay back down to the wooden bed.
"Heeeeeelp me!" Princess Shaotzie screamed.
"Princess Shaotzie!"
Zachary forgot about his wound. He then hurriedly run towards the dirty kitchen and saw the Princess.
He exclaimed, "Your majesty!"
"Help me, Zachary!"
Shaotzie pleaded as zombie grasps her arms. "Hold on, our majesty! I'll be right back!"
Zachary went back to the place where he rested on. He looked around, trying to find his sword.
"Holy! Where did I put it?"
He couldn't find his weapon and so he gets a sawed timber. He struggles to run rashly back to the Princess due to his injury.
On the other hand, Shaotzie used her innocent tactics. If she would wait for help, the zombie will bite her arm anytime soon.
"Let go of me, wicked man!" She exclaimed, pulling out her arm.
The zombie became too greedy and frugal when the princess accidentally lost her grip into the handlebars.
She was too afraid and scared that might she got bitten. "Swoooordsman!"
Her soft yet frightened voice echoed around the place. The princess, without her knowledge, attracts the other zombies to expose her.
The window was opened enough for a young and thin girl to get through it. But, Shaotzie tried to reach a shiv on her right side.
"Uggh! Come on! Come nearer to me, shiv!"
The princess successfully gets the shiv and stab the undead that pulling is pulling out her arm. "Let my arm go, ugly zombie!"
"Grrgggh!"
The undead prowls horribly as the princess thrusts the knife deeply into its head. "Princess!"
Shaotzie turned her head and gave him a prompt grin and said, "Help me over, Swordsman! This one is too irresistible and tough to kill with."
Without a waver, Zachary gets through into the window and hit forcibly the zombie.
Blood splashes into the timber and eventually, it losses the grip on the princess's arm.
Shaotzie said, "I thought it was the end of my life. My sincere gratitude, Zachary."
"Stay back! There's another one and we need something to block and patch this window!" He exclaimed.
The swordsman was right; after he hit the first zombie who tried to hurt Shaotzie. Another walking dead showed up.
It was wearing a long cloak, with a royal suite and a small pin on its shoulder.
The then remembered the Prince. His childhood best friend, Zelnachariah. "Zeln?!"
Shaotzie widened her round eyes upon realizing that the prince became totally a zombie. That she's not seeing things wrongly.
She then said, "The prince! He's the prince!"
"I can't bear and accept to kill him! Now, we need to obstruct this window!"
The princess shook her head in panic. She moved around back and forth; doesn't know what to do, and what to get.
"What should I look for?! I don't have any idea about barrier!"
Zachary forgot to focus. Little did he know that the prince slowly walks nearer to them.
Shaotzie hurriedly search around and ended up with a long and strong rope, wood boards, and small woodland.
"Swordsman! I found a rope, would it be better if we catch the prince and tie him up?"
"I couldn't move properly due to my wound. I can't risk your life too, your majesty."
But Shaotzie was determined with her plan. She helped Zachary to put the embankment and use herself as bait.
"I'll use myself as a bait! Stay here and prepare the rope. Don't worry about me, Zachary; I'll be fine." Princess Shaotzie uttered.
Zachary slightly shook his head and get the rope from her hands.
"You have to cover his mouth with this cloth, your majesty. When you succeed, then we can pull his body inside."
Shaotzie composes herself and took a long sigh. If they let this chance slip away, the prince will be killed by other survivors.
They will not recognize him as the Prince of Atlantis but a hideous and awful, sluggish walking dead.
"Grrrrghh! Grrrgh!"
"Come with me, Prince Zeln! If you will loiter around, you will be dead without trying to fight for yourself."
She prepared herself when Zeln stepped on the trap and grab her arm. "Now!"
Zachary heaves the rope while endeavoring.
For the first attempt, they caught him and the princess quickly tangle and knot the rope around his body. She even tied tightly the prince's hands.
"Grrrgh! Grggh!"
The prince tried to escape but Zachary have still plenty of grip into the rope. His royal robe was full of dirt and blood-stained. Even if his own father will not recognize Zeln, his son.
"I can't covered his mouth, swordsman! He's too eager to bite me!" Princess Shaotzie screamed.
Zachary sighed out of frustration.
"For Pete's sake, what should we do now?! Zombies are approaching!"
As Zeln screamed out of eagerness to escape, he hooked other zombies' scrutiny and sauntering the place.
They're slow, ordinary in physique but powerful and substantial when it comes to the speed of spreading the virus to a bitten human.
"My wound is bleeding! Ugggh!" Zachary cried out when he can't endure the in anymore.
He then slowly losses the grip into the rope and forgot about capturing the Prince.
"Nooooo!"
The princess shrieked when Zeln breakout he ropes in his body. He then grabs the princess's leg, unfortunately, Zeln pulled her body out of the window.
The barriers they put was wrecked and ravaged by him.
"Let go of my leg, Prince Zeln!"
She kicked him but it didn't work. Shaotzie was tired enough to fight back and to strive to elude from the infected Prince of Atlantis.
"Princess Shaotzie!"
It's too delinquent to save the abducted princess.
