~ Third Person's Point of View ~
Elizabeth said, "Your majesty, you have to trust him and went to the quest man he was referring to immediately."
She bowed her head while speaking with the Princess. She added, "I will protect and ensure that they will be safe with me. I shall be punished if I don't fulfil my responsibilities, your majesty."
The princess took a heavy sigh as she upholds the woman's appeal.
She's right. There's no enough time remaining and they have to discover the untold truth regarding the remedy.
Princess Alice lowered her head while breathing heavily. How can she assure that Elizabeth is a trustworthy person that will ensure the safety of Billy and Sahara under her surveillance?
How can she bear to pass the responsibilities and duties as the protector of her kingdom into an ordinary woman?
She said, "Tell me what is in your hair, Eli. I am testing your honesty and loyalty towards me as the Princess of Kingdom Alicesha."
Cartlon added, "Upon looking it from here, I can declare that it is kind of a deadly hair clip deluxe only from the north, Alice. Most of the skilled and royal physicians used it as merely coiffure to hide its the real purpose."
Princess Alice exclaimed, "Speak the truth or I will decapitate you without further investigation!"
"It's one of the deadly hair clip from the north, your majesty! But I used it in a favourable way and in protecting myself from enemies! Don't punish me, Princess Alice. I'm begging for your forgiveness!"
Elizabeth instantly kneeled and bowed in front of her majesty. She said, "Spare my life, your majesty! I don't have any agenda and justification against you!"
"Don't attempt to fight against me and or hurt anyone else. You don't know what I'm capable of, Elizabeth.
"Aye, your majesty! I shall not put their lives in danger and I shall obey the royal command."
Princess Alice shook her head as she listened to her. She said, "We will come back before the sunsets! Make it sure that all of you are safe and unharmed."
"Aye, Princess Alice!"
"We need to hurry up before the sun shines wholly, your majesty! We need to go, now!"
Cartlon touched the hilt of his sword. His eyes were in the brightening sun and sky.
Elizabeth lifted up her head and saw the Princess in an odd expression. She said,Β "Go forth and come back bearing the truth, your majesty! May the deities guide and protect the two of you with your mission this day."
In spite of doubt and mistrust, Princess Alice sighed heavily. This time, she has to trust Eli in order for her to see Morgan. She said, "I am counting on you! Do what I've told you, Eli, because we are talking about life and death of human being."
Eli bowed her head for the nth time and replied, "I understand your majesty! I do solemnly oath that I will keep them safe and sound. You must go now, Princess Alice."
**
"Alice!"
"Alice!"
Cartlon has been calling her but her majesty is looking at somewhere. "Watch out!" He exclaimed when Alice was about to step into a headless undead.
She replied, "Ohh! There is headless undead around the place, Cartlon! Look at this!"
Alice saw some blood-stained on the ground. It was not yet dried up by the sun. "Does it mean that it has happened earlier?"
She slightly shook her head and said, "You're right. We need to see Morgan as soon as possible! I have a bad feeling here."
"Aye, your majesty!" He replied and quickly stood up.
The place was too quiet but feels strange. Crows are everywhere, eating the undead.
Alice said, "Which path, east or west?"
Swordsman walked faster and leads the way. He said, "Stay behind of me, your majestyβ"
Cartlon turned his back and stopped from uttering a word. He said, "East." By then, Princess Alice leads the way while Cartlon on her back.
She said, "Keep an eye, Cartlon. There's must be survivors hiding around."
"Aye!"
The princess stopped walking and said, "Lower down your voice, Cartlon! I heard someone talking about. This way!"
In a calm and certain way, both of them walked quietly to see who's coming. He said, "They are walking nearer to us, your majesty!"
However, the princess remained calm and steady even though she has no assurance that they are safe. She breathed deeply and replied, "Get out from the grasses and show up yourselves!"
The two young men halted from speaking about upon hearing a woman's voice. One of them said, "Who are you? Why would we follow a stranger's command?!"
"Do it or I will shred your necks, right now!" Swordsman exclaimed as he touched his sword and was ready to pull it off.
He was ready to heave it but Alice stopped him. She said, "Come out now or I will let the undead kill the two of you!"
Young men were murmuring and nervous upon hearing the undead. They said, "Aye! We are doing it by now and please do not let the undead bite us!"
As soon as their faces were clearly visible. Cartlon gasped and was startled. "Phoax? Hatius?"
"Swordsman?" The twins stared at each other because they can't believe that Cartlon is with an armed woman. Phoax added, "It's you and I am must not be mistaken!"
"What are you doing?! Give respect to the princess, now!"
His voice echoed and forgot to think about the undead. How they can't recognize that the woman standing before him is the Princess of Alicesha.
However, Phoax and Hatius burst into a burst of laughter and did not obey his words. Phoax asked, "Why would we bow and kneel down in front of her when she's an ordinary woman? Give us a reliable reason, swordsman!"
Angriness and impatience provoked Cartlon. He then walked closer to them and exclaimed, "She is the Princess of the land you are both stepping into! If she would give me a command to kill you, I will do it without verification. Now, greet and show your respect into the next Queen!"
Phoax and Hatius both stumbled. It must be their first time seeing the Princess in person. Hatius quickly bowed and knelt down in front of Alice and said, "Forgive us, your majesty, as we did not recognize you earlier! Spare my lives! I'm begging you!"
Hatius dropped the small branches of the tree into the ground. He was looking at Princess's shoes while asking for forgiveness.
On the other side, Alice watched them bowing their heads. She replied, "Get up and bring us to Morgan!"
"Aye, your majesty!"
