"Why didn't I think about placing a seal on it?" Huo Ling muttered, obviously asking to himself as he looked at the glowing seal above the pair of eyes of the unknown creature as it followed the ball of world energy which is flying to a certain direction.
"It is my fault. I haven't taught you about the seals yet." Yi Bing spoke.
Huo Ling glanced at him with a suspicious gaze. He felt that maybe Yi Bing is trying to flatter him right now so that his anger towards him would lessen, if not, disappear. So, he just hummed a response.
Yi Bing secretly grimaced, feeling helpless. He knew that this time, Huo Ling is not as gullible (HL: when have I been gullible?!) as he was before. Of course, Huo Ling won't be as easily coaxed as he had been before. Huo Ling's temper increased, which Yi Bing doesn't know whether to laugh or cry.
