"Look at him. He looks so lonely." Mykael didn't really give a damn about people's murmurs and continued to read the book that he borrowed from the library earlier this day. He's only three pages away from the end of the book so he decided to head to the library to return the book as he finishes it.
As he opened the library door, he noticed that the librarian wasn't there. And at the moment when he was about to close the library's door, he heard a girl yell at him. "Hold on! Can you please hold the door for second!" He looked outside and she saw a girl carrying a crap ton of books with the librarian following behind her. He had no choice but to hold the door open.
"Are you returning the book you borrowed this morning, Mr. Johanne?" The librarian asked him and he nodded as he looked over to the girl who is soaked with sweat. "Can I go now Mrs. Claire?" Asked the girl as she wiped the sweat that was dripping on her chin. "Yes, Ms. Mendez. I appreciate the help." Said the librarian with a smile.
"You sure love to read! You finished a whole book again!" The librarian exclaimed. Mykael just smiled at her and handed her the book. "I'll take my leave, Ma'am." He said slightly bowing his head before turning around and walking away. He scrolled through his songs looking for something that would get along with his mood as he walked his way towards the convenience store to grab dinner.

"Thank you for purchasing in seven eleven!" The cashier chimed as she handed the bag of goods to Kathryn. She then smiled at the cashier before turning around and walking towards the door.
As she pushed the right door open, the left door flung open as a guy entering the store passed by her. When she got out, she turned around to take a second look at the guy. "He looked kind of familiar." She muttered to herself. Not being able to remember where she saw the guy, she shrugged the thought and started to walked back to her apartment.
