Chapter 1 - Why people have children

From past till present people have children for one or some of the reasons

. To be happy

. For purpose

. A retirement plan

. To feel superiority while raising a child

. It's so common in society, so why not

. It's an accident

. Lack of awareness about protection

So what's wrong with this scenario?, The problem is everything came from the perspective of the parent who is wanting a child. They didn't consider what the child may have want, or is the outer situation stable enough to have child.

Nowadays population is in all time high in developing countries, so much that resources are getting thin. Every member of the society would understand that this resulted in the infamous rat race. People have to work with inhuman condition just to support themselves, not to say about their families. So not having children can really lessen the burden.

According to WHO, there are 1 in 5 people who have mental illness in many countries. Other than that, developing asian countries have stigma on mental health, that most doesn't get help for their problem. Parents with mental illness can make their children life worst as theirs. It's a vicious circle of abuse, if mental illness is left untreated. Not to tell, if you're from developing countries, seeing people with anger issues or just many unhappy faces is very common. In india anger became too common, that most don't know that it's sometimes a sign of mental illness like anxiety disorder which has the case of 10 million per year

So it's logically best if people stop having children and adopt a child, if they want to give a good life to a child. There are 10 million orphans accounted in india. Do parents only love a child,if only the child has their blood. Is it not hypocrisy to tell your child to love humans, when you don't show care for those orphans.
