It did not make sense, how much ever she looked at it. Gone was the long carved face of the goddess that she had been quite used to for some time now. In its place was another familiar one. One that resurfaced in her memory spasm only the night before.
Her face was much smaller, her gray eyes a tad bit sadder and her lips a few shades paler than her own. Her brows were slightly thicker, and her nose was much smaller than she was used to. Luna stared at her own reflection as if she were seeing her last reincarnation for the first time.
By some strange trick of the night, she had suddenly changed into the spitting image of Elize, only that her skin was as pale and her hair was as long as she had remembered it to be. The goddess pinched her cheek, pressing her thumb and index finger together.
"Ouch!" She cursed, her brows furrowing in irritation.
