Irina cleared her throat, calling for her attention again. "She wasn't talking about them." She said, looking slightly nervous. "She was talking about me."
Elize smiled. "You guys mean the world to me. But-" She paused, raising her head when she realized what her friend said. "Wait, what?" She asked, scrunching her brows in confusion.
The red-haired witch smiled awkwardly, looking into her eyes. "Elize," She said, her voice faltering with nervousness. "I hope you don't get angry at me for hiding this from you all this while."
"What?" Elize asked, looking at the witch befuddled.
She was already tipsy from all the pixie mixture. It would be a lie if she were to claim that she was able to think straight at the moment. But the only thing that flashed in her mind was the question that she had never asked her friend after the incident with her father.
