Very soon, the stone walls gave way to heavily carved pillars on either side, letting her catch a glimpse of the huge manor that rose above her on one side, and a dense shrub garden to her left. The goddess frowned, her brows clenched together in confusion.
"The plants." She murmured, narrowing her eyes at the thicket of soft pink Azaleas.
'What about it master?' The Dam Sehlah asked, unable to read through her thoughts.
"They're flowering in winter." Luna pointed out before turning away from the sight.
There was something off about the place. What was it? She wondered, leaning against the pillar to her right as she ran her eyes along the tall windows across her. A rare balcony or two popped out from the many rooms of the manor opening towards a bare tiled quadrangle that held nothing but a lone marble fountain, spurting water into the night sky.
