The first of many beasts was a monster called Sand Screecher. An ominous slender, yet bulging abdomen in the shape of a spindle. It has a pair of translucent wings attached at the end where bristle-bearing knobs glow dully of light. Its limbs and head were attached to a thorax covered in a shiny exoskeleton. It has a pair of mandibles under its scrawny head. Either side of its head were two large eyes made up of lots of tiny lenses.
Gelethorn cursed under his breath. It was a Sand Screecher never seen before, perhaps it only exists inside the Limbo.
Normal-sized adult Sand Screecher ranges from five to eight meters. Yet, the one over them towered for almost 15, or 16 meters.
"T-the others," Gadsi said, puffing a stream of air. The sun had slept, yet no moon to cast its light, and the temperature fell. She had to pull her silver hair just for her to register Prince Aesril's confused look. "Leave the humans, Prince. Let them help. Please."
