I woke up and looked around wondering where I was. Then I realized I was at Logan's home and I had met Gordon again. Sigh…
I looked at my phone and checked the time.
8 AM. It's still early for a Sunday
I went out of the room and took my clothes to change into with me. Then I went to the bathroom and took a shower and freshend up. I was about to go to the kitchen when my phone began to ring. It was Logan.
'Why is he calling? Aren't we at the same place', I thought. I picked up.
"Hello?"
"Hi, Melody? It's Logan. I'm outside the door could you please let me in?" he asked.
"Yeah sure. I'm coming, wait," I answered shorty and went to open the door.
When I opened it. I saw three men.
One was Logan and the other two didn't I recognize. I was staring at them strangely for a second then I came back to senses when a drop of water of my wet hair fell on the part of my foot where it wasn't covered by the slippers.
"Oh, eh sorry. Come on in," I said quietly and stepped away from the door.
We went to the living room and sat down. The well build guy with brown hair and brown eyes went to the kitchen.
"I hope I didn't wake you up," Logan said.
"No, I just finished showering," I answered.
"Oh, that's good. Well, this I my brother I told you about," he motioned to the other well build man with brown hair and ocean blue eyes like Logan. He just had an older looking face and glasses sitting on his nose. He looked like those doctors in dramas (handsome).
"Good morning. my name is Leam. I´m Logan's older brother. If you ever have the feeling that you´re not OK you can always come to me," Leam said. He was smiling at me warmly.
"Thank you. that means a lot. My name is Melody. Nice to meet you," I replied.

The day went on like this. We ate breakfast and I went back the room. After some time, someone knocked on the door.
"Yes?" I asked. the door opened and I saw the other guy.
"Hi. I'm Joe Baker. The lunch is ready. Let's eat," he said.
"I'm Melody. Nice to meet you," I replied.
We shot hands and started walking towards the dining room.
"After you cleaned up the living room, I could finally see the furnishings," I said shyly making Joe giggle.
"Yeah I know right? The apartment is beautiful. But there is no way that you can see any of it when Logan is home, alone," he said.
"You are so right. When I first stepped into the apartment, I was shocked because it was so messy then the second time, I stepped it I was shocked because the apartment was more beautiful then I remembered," I replied. Joe smiled in reply. A warm smile.
We reached the dining room and the brothers were sitting at the opposite of each other.
"Come sit here," Leam said motioning to the chair next to Logan. I nodded my head and sat down. I realized that everyone here was welcoming me. As if I was family. But I still couldn´t rest absurd because I might not show it but I´m still hurting. The pain that is in my heart after seeing my parents in that state... sigh.
Joe took place on seat next to Leam and we stared to eat. In silence. In an awkward silence. I wanted to ask about the school and the stuff I need to do before going there. But Logan seems to know how the read minds.
"I think there´s a little bit you should know about the Raven High School… The kids there are all rich which also means that they are arrogant. But i think you can handel that. But, if they do or say anything that makes you uncomfortable you can tell it to anyone here, OK? Then there is also a uniform that needs to get altered first so we have to go there today so you have the uniform for tomorrow," Logan said breaking the awkward silence.
"OK, when are we going?" I asked.
"If that´s OK for you, I´d like to go right after lunch…" he answered.
"It´s OK. Then I'll go and change after lunch." I looked at him and he nod in approval.
After I was done eating, I looked up and said: "I'm done. I'll go change. And I have a little question… What about the books?"
"About the books… I don´t know… I'll ask Harley and tell. You can change in that time," he said.
I went to my room and changes into an oversized green hoodie and a plain black jeans...

LOGAN´S POV…
"Hey…. OK, so we need to pick them up tomorrow early? … OK…. Yeah, I'll tell her…. No, I don´t think so…. But that´s what she wants to show us. She even smiles sometimes…. I'll tell you if anything changes…. OK she is coming. I'll hang up then. Bye," I was still talking to dad´s assistant when Melody came out of her room. I was sitting next to my brother who was going through some reports.
"Are you ready?" I asked and she nodded with her head as a yes.
"OK, then let´s go. Bro we´ll go then," I said.
"Good. But remember don´t ride to fast. I know you…" he said with a warning face. I nod and he eyes went over Melody. "Melody, can you tell me if he rides to fast?"
"I will," she said with a life-less smile.
We bid our goodbye and went out of the apartment walking to the elevator. I didn´t know what to say. It felt so weird not to hear anything but the feet hitting the ground. I looked over to her she was checking her phone time to time. Is she waiting for something or someone?
"It´s Sunday are you sure that the shop is opened?" she asked looking at her phone again.
"No, it´s not. I know a guy whose wife owns shop for uniforms, and I asked him yesterday, and he said he´d ask her and he told me in the morning to call him when we´d come," I explained.
"Oh Ok." After answering she kept quiet and I didn't say anything myself. I just didn't know what to say. It´s not like we have known each other before this incident. I want to ask her how she feels but I just don't know if she´d want to answer. We reached the car park and we drove away.
After some time, we finally arrived. I greeted my friend and his wife measure up the things she needed to measure for the uniform. The uniform of the Raven High was an elegant one, I would say the prettiest in the country. There were two, one for the winter and one for the summer. They included a school bag to it too. So, everyone looked equal. For the summer there was a black shirt with a wine-red vest with two black buttons on it. On the left chest side of the vest as well as the shirt was the symbol of the school. As the bottom, a similar wine-red colored skirt that reaches over the knee. As for the shoes, a black pair five-centimeter-high, high heels. For the winter they added a wine-red blazer, a black coat and wine-red stockings reaching over the knee.
