While amidst aloof these, Elijah's phone rang. He took out his phone rang and saw that there was a message notification on his screen. The message was sent by Aaric just a few seconds ago. He tapped on the notification and soon the whole message appeared on the screen. Reading word by word, Elijah's face darkened.
Lily who was standing just beside Elijah noticed the change in the environment around him and subconsciously turned to look at him. At that very instant she noticed that the force which he was suing to clutch his phone was enough to crush it into pieces. Grabbing his arm, she gave it a slight squeeze while she raised her brows.
Elijah returned back to his normal self and shook his head while his lips curled into a loving smile which was only reserved for his wife. He wrapped his hands around her shoulders and leaned forward to whisper a few words beside her ears.
