Sasha's heart seems to be pierced by an arrow. Her heart ached for him. It means, this wasn't the first time she forgot about him. She has hurt him once more than before. Her eyes clouded with tears. She felt guilty for him. He did so many things for her, yet she could not protect his heart and his feelings well, how useless!
She wanted to say something but nothing came out of her mouth. She was very saddened.
"You know when I returned back, I found out that you had disappeared from the orphanage. I...I flipped the world upright down just to find you. At the end, I came to know that a couple suddenly appeared referring to you as their daughter and they had already engaged you with someone. My heart was completely broken… I...I got into drinking, smoking… and I even started taking drugs…"
