Alleyn just made an 'oh' sound and entered the apartment without her consent. Just then the door of the elevator opened and the pizza delivery man came out with a frown. He searched for Amanda's apartment number and quickly spotted Alleyn.
"Hey, mister! You haven't returned my belongings yet." The man was obviously very annoyed. He was asked to wait for just five minutes and it had been ten minutes since he was waiting down.
Alleyn looked at Amanda awkwardly before stuffing the cap and ID back into the pizza delivery man's hand and quickly closed the door on his face.
Amanda looked at the man in front of her before taking the pizza box and turning around silently without saying anything to him. Alleyn was obvious to her silent treatment so he dared not to say anything reckless.

As Alleyn recalled that day, there was helplessness on his face. At least now she would respond to him unlike before.
