"Of course! Do you know I was just surfing on the internet and read about all the delicious cuisine."
"Then we will eat everything you read about." Sasha was stunned when she heard Aaric's firm voice. She was too astonished that unknowingly she opened her mouth as she gaped. She looked at him and asked.
"Can you buy all of them?"
"Of course! Your husband is a rich man." Aaric's reply made her cheeks turn red. Understanding that his reply must have made her a bit uncomfortable when he noticed her lowered gaze, he quickly diverted her mind.
"We will be leaving at eight in the morning as I have to attend a meeting at nine. By that time you can rest in the resting area. Don't worry it is inside my office cabin. Then after having lunch we can head out and visit different places. Alright?"
"Okay! By the way do you want to try this porridge? It is very tasty!" Sasha exclaimed excitedly as she placed the spoon near his mouth.
Aaric was feeling blissful from inside as if spring was blossoming around. He never for once shifted his eyes from her beautiful face even when he opened his mouth to let her feed him.
"Hmm indeed it is very tasty." The porridge may or may not be tasty as Aaric felt that when Sasha fed him with her own hands the food automatically turned out to be tasty. He took a few more spoons. Sasha would feed him first then in the second round she took the other spoon to feed herself. Unknown to her, it could be considered an indirect kiss.
"Okay now you eat the rest. I will go to my study room and finish off my work first."
"Okay go ahead. Ohh by the way which movie we are going to watch today?" Sasha blinked her long eye lashes as she asked Aaric with full anticipation.
Aaric looked at her innocent face and smiled. He thought for a while before asking.
"Do you want to watch horror or any thriller movies?"
"Are they both different?"
"Yeah a bit. Like thriller movies would generally make you sit at the edge of their seats but not to the point of making you shiver while horror movies are indeed a bit fearful." Aaric's simple explanation was enough to spark Sasha's interest in Horror movies. Her eyes sparkled with interest as she looked interestingly and answered him.
"Okay then let's watch horror movies!" Sasha's answer made Aaric startled. He thought that he must have heard something wrong. So he felt that he should confirm with her once.
"Are you sure? ?You want to watch horror movies, right?" Aaric clearly remembered that in the past whenever they tried to watch movies of horror or even thriller genres, she would always hide behind him or inside the blanket and sometimes even she would grab the TV remote to forward the scenes. She was very afraid of ghosts and nightmares in the past.
"Yes!" Sasha smiled from her ear to ear as she answered firmly.
Aaric just retired to his study room in bewilderment as he recalled her excited face.
'Did that incident caused any other effects?'
Without wasting his another second, he dialled Alleyn's number.
'Ring--'
'Ring--'
'Beep, beep--'
Aaric face darkened as he looked at his black screen before redialling.
"What the hell do you want?" Alleyn was too frustrated from his friend right now that it was apparent in his voice. Just in the morning, he made Amanda angry. And now, when he was looking at her beautiful face while she was sleeping in his arms, his friend had to disturb them.
"Bruh! Do you think that the incident can cause changes in Sasha's likings?" Aaric's question almost silenced Alleyn, not to mention a bucket of cold water was splashed on his rage as he quickly calmed down.
"What's the matter?"
"She is very excited to watch horror movies."
Alleyn was too surprised when he heard Aaric. Such incidents did cause many changes in mood swings and all but since she just lost her memories and not other habits or atticates, so it was a bit hard to say that she must have changed her likings.
"Hey are you on call?" When Aaric did not hear anything from the other side for a good two minutes, he could not help but call out for him.
"Ohh yeah I am here…"
"So what do you think?"
"Aaric, to be honest, I find it a bit ironic. Don't you think that?"
"What?"
"Look she behaves exactly the way she used to, her mannerism, atticates and every other thing are just the same. So why did she…" Alleyn did not complete his sentence as both of them were confused at the same thing.
Both the ends of the call remained silent for a while until Aaric broke the silence.
"Okay let's see. I will inform you as soon as I find something odd." Aaric ended the call and stood up from his chair to select a suitable movie from the CD stand.
Meanwhile, Alleyn kept on thinking even after ending up the call. He was restless and curious for the hidden reason. He picked up his robe and placed it on himself before walking towards the balcony with a cigarette in his hand. He had just puffed out a bit when something popped in his mind.
"Could it be…" Alleyn's eyes widened as realisation hit him.
