I want to be free, I do!
From the touch of loneliness — and hate coming from you,
And the misty hope left me bound to the idea that it can come true,
While drowning to the reality — in a sea that covers my world blue.
Your words always makes me cry — to the point the leaves of spring have dried out,
Until the winter came, and the sun is taking a peak of what's come into my life,
Seeing your presence shadows over my heart — carrying doubt,
Still in denial that even without you, I can't attain the freedom I want.
Was it a curse that tied me to the past — groveling and battered laying in the ground,
Slowly, anger possessed me — but one glance was all it took to make me forget,
Yet, questions arise — why was it you that made me fell and left me around,
So hopeless, yet I followed you until there's no more love I can get.
-Love, Luminekoygk.

After continously posting poems using metaphor, I decided to post a work that's left to rot in my drafts.
For a while, I contemplated in posting this poem as it might confuse some of you, but when is the perfect time for everything? No one knows.
But I will still post poems in Metaphor Month until the end of June, and who knows what theme I'll do for the month of July?
And, it's almost a month since I started posting my poems and actually reaching more than 6,000 peeps out there in a short span of time is overwhelming.
Thank you, and if it wouldn't be a bother — may you please rate this book? I honestly want to know what people thought about my poems — share your criticisms in the comment section. I would be glad to read everything, may it be a constructive or destructive criticisms.
Don't forget to vote~~
Thank you and have a good day.
