it was barely two years when I gained admission and have been all by myself. I had made friends with some fellow guys in my hostel and their names were Paul, John and Josh (twins) Isaac and my name is Michael. they were not the best people in the world but I learnt few things from them . our lectures just ended, normally after our lectures we all meet outside so we could go to our hostel together . while we were on our way Josh started the conversation and we all were chatting we head a girl call my name Micheal, when I turned around to check who called my name only to find out class rep. Her name was ivon, a fair pretty girl. so I signalled my friends to go ahead because the girl has been hitting on me .
ivon:hey micheal (she leaned to give me a peck)
Micheal: hey what's up (held her by her waist)
ivon: am gud u
Micheal: am fine
ivon: just wanted to know if you are free tonight
Micheal: yea, any problem
ivon: nope just wanted to hang around
Micheal: ok
ivon:meet u by 8pm at our favorite spot
Micheal:ok
Then we kissed for some minutes before bidding good bye. (ivon was kinda my girlfriend but it wasn't known by other people only my friends).The place was filled with people , when I got there it was already 8:30 pm . when I spotted ivon she stood up to hug me.
ivon: Mike u came
Micheal: yes I had to
(we then sat on an empty bench)
ivon:so how was today's class
Micheal: fine and I enjoyed it , pls can we talk about something else
ivon: like what???
Micheal: ummmm about us
( then she giggled)
ivon: ok then
( Micheal moved closer and started kissing her and first she declined but suddenly she started kissing him back. Micheal started pressing her butt that was when she came back to her sense and pushed Micheal)
Micheal: what happened,did I hurt you some where
ivon:Mike I don't think we should be doing this
Micheal:why???
ivon:ummm because have not done it before and I don't think it's right
(Micheal started laughing)
Micheal: ivon for God's sake you're my girlfriend so what's not right
ivon: I don't think u get it Mike (she pursed for minute and continued) am a virgin and I don't want is to go farther than kissing
(after hearing this Micheal became cool and lowered his voice)
Micheal: babe am sorry but I can trust me
ivon:I trust, but...
(Micheal kissed her again)
Micheal:no but... let's leave it's getting late
ivon: ok
( Micheal dropped her at her apartment and they chatted for some time before leaving her. they continued like this untill Mike was in his finals he was studying mechanical engineering , now he has started working and he was earning good pay.. He rented an apartment he allowed paul to stay with him because he was also in his finals and the rest of his friends had graduated and he was still friends with ivon,she was in 400 level a law student.Some times ivon goes to Micheal house just for visit but never stayed over at his house but today was different .Paul was sitting in the sitting room when he heard a knock and when he checked, it was ivon so he shouted Micheal your girlfriend is here...
Michael: let her in na
Paul: pls I can't stand up from here go open the door for her your self
(Paul hissed, there was a smirk on Micheal's face but he did not say anything and walked straight to the door, when he reached the door he smiled)
Michael: hey baby ( he open the door to let her in and he kissed her.
she blushed seeing Paul smiling at her, she never thought she would see Paul at home and at this hour of time)
ivon: hey Paul
Paul: hi ivon, how are u doing
ivon:am gud and you
Paul: am fine
(she smiled looking at Paul then suddenly Michael ushered her to go inside with him so they could talk more)
Michael: babe have missed u
ivon:I miss u even more (as they both hugged... then suddenly Micheal remembered that he was cooking but before he got to the kitchen the food was already burnt)
Michael:shit (he shouted, paul and ivon rushed to meet him)
ivon: Mike are you alright
( Micheal did not reply)
Paul: Michael???
(then he turned to face them)
Micheal: yes am fin, it's just (but before he could finish his statement ivon said something)
ivon: don't worry Mike I would make something else
Micheal: you don't have to
ivon: I doesn't matter
( Michael allowed ivon to make another food and and after an hour the food was ready to their greatest surprise it was delicious)
Michael: wow babe it's delicious
Paul: hmmmm ivy you are the best cook ever
ivon:pls guys stop flattering me , it's nothing (Micheal took her hand and kissed her.... after finishing their meal they chatted for some hour before they realized it was already late)
Paul:ivon aren't you leaving
ivon: oh shit... Micheal, Paul I have to go
Micheal: I would drop you up
ivon: you don't have to
Micheal:but I insist
ivon: ok then
( Micheal picked up his car keys from the shelf and ivon bid Paul good bye.. when they both entered his car and he turned on his ignition that was when Michael realized that there was no gas in his car)
Micheal: shit shit shit
ivon: what happened??
(he took a deep breath before answering her) Micheal:there's no gas
(ivon open the door to go out)
Ivon: don't worry Mike I can manage
Michael: but it's late, I can't let you go home at this hour of time
ivon: don't worry I can take care of my self
Michael: why don't you spend the night here
(she pursed for some minutes)
ivon:I don't have my night clothes here
Michael:that's not a problem you can wear mine
ivon: ok then
(she followed him back inside and Paul who was already wearing his night dress was surprised to see her)
Paul: ivy you're still here
Ivon: yea am spending a night here
Paul: why??
ivon: because it's late
Paul: ohk
( after some minutes of chatting Paul went to his room to sleep by then it was 11:15, when Michael spoke)
Michael: you're not sleepy yet
ivon: yes, I am but I need to shower first
Michael: ok then you can do that in my room, we don't have any guest rooms cuz it's a two bedroom apartment
ivon: I understand
(ivon followed Mike to his room and Michael gave her his shorts and his t-shirt to wear and after showering she came out and Michael went in to the bathroom do the same thing and when he came out he saw ivon lying on the couch in his room)
Michael: why are you not lying on the bed
ivon: ummm
(but before she could finish her statement Mike carried her in his arms and dropped her on the bed)
Michael:you are my girlfriend for crying out loud I don't know why you're acting So shy or let me say weird
ivon: I was waiting for you to come out
Michael: well let's not make that an issue( Michael lay by the side of ivon trying to ne romantic)
ivon: Mike pls stop
(Mike continued teasing her)
Micheal:stop what???
ivon:what you are doing
Micheal:why??
ivon:cuz am not comfortable (Michael paused for a moment)
Micheal:your are not comfortable??, for crying out loud ivon am your boyfriend and we have been together for three years without any commitments and now when I try to touch you, you're telling me that you're not comfortable
( Michael was really angry)
ivon:it's not that Mike
Micheal:then what
ivon:have not done it before
Micheal: then you don't have to be afraid afterwards am still your boyfriend
(then ivon nodded)
