Luoyi got out from his bedroom and saw a handsome young man with an arrogant demeanor who's looking at him with stabbing eyes. His none other than his cousin Rei Fengshin, who's been imprisoned for three days by his aunt Xie.
Rei: "You bastard so you aren't a coward afterall, I challenge you in a life and death battle in the training arena"
Luoyi: "And who the hell are you to order me?"
Rei: "Ho, you coward! It seems like you didn't learn what I've done 3 days ago"
Rei smirked at Luoyi and look at him with disdain, if it weren't for his Aunt being the Patriarch he would've skinned him alive because he was treated nicely and comfortably even if he's a trash in the Clan.
Rei: "You really are a trash! You don't deserve those pills given to you by the Patriarch, just give it them all to me and I'll consider sparing your pity life"
Rei became really upset just imagining those pills being eaten by a trash who can't even break through to 5th Layer of Outer Realm, while he on the other side has broken through 6th layer to 7th layer of Outer Realm, if he's the one who have those pills he may have already broken through the 9th layer or maybe have broken through Innate Realm. 'I'm a genius who can become a future core disciple of a famous sect but why do they need to nurture such trash' Rei murmured to himself.
Rei: "What are you looking at, just give me those damn pills or I'll cripple your legs"
Luoyi: "I'm looking at an idiot, who do you think you are to tell me those sh*tty crap if you want a fight then let's fight!"
Luoyi put his hands up and signaled Rei with a 'come at me'
Rei: " You f*cki--- Fine, fine if that's what you want then we'll settle it, let's go to the training arena and fight till death, but I assume your mother will protect you, you coward! Being protected by a woman"
Rei taunts Luoyi because he knew that once he beats Luoyi to death the Patriarch will protect her son whatever it takes. Of course Luoyi knows that he was being taunted by Rei but he didn't mind it at all instead he gave him a smirk and said
Luoyi: "Don't worry my mom won't interfere even if I die"
Rei was overwhelmed with happiness but just give Luoyi an evil smile while they proceed to the training ground. While they are walking, some disciple of the Clan looks at them with a confuse expression and when they saw Luoyi they gave him a cold glance and proceeded to talk with the other disciple. Minutes later Luoyi and Rei arrived at their destination, they stand and face each other with a gap of 5 meter, all the disciples and elders realize what is going on but before they open their mouth Rei shouted
Rei: "To all the disciples and elders listening, I, Rei Fengshin and our Young Master Luoyi have agreed to fight a life and death battle with our life in line, no one will interfere even if you are their parents or love ones"
All of them realized that Rei is referring to Luoyi's mom, the Patriarch. Elders, Disciples and even the Patriarch came to see what is the commotion all about, after hearing it to some elders, the Patriarch Xie Fengshin became angry and worried at the same time.
She wants to stop the battle and scold her son but after witnessing his face brimming with determination she swallowed her words and with a worried face showing 'Please be alright'. Luoyi saw her and smiled at her, he knows that her mom is worried about him and he can't stop himself being overwhelmed with love, it's not because of the previous Luoyi but it also applies for him, he never got to feel this love from someone even at his previous life and now he is feeling it right now.
He glanced at Rei who is looking at him with a smile all the way to his ears. Luoyi's eyes turned cold, he didn't know why but it was an instinc coming from deep inside him, he didn't know if it is him or the previous Luoyi's feeling but he knew that he needs to teach this bastards son a lesson. 'I'll return this shame to you tenfolds, no hundredfolds, I'm gonna break your arms and cripple it and let you pee your own pants' Luoyi thought to himself.
An elder walks from the center of the stage and gestured to Rei and Luoyi to walk over the stage. The stage is use for disciples to fight with each other and to give each other advices but now it was used by Rei and Luoyi for their battle of life and death. The elder looks at Rei and smiled while he looks at Luoyi with despise. Before he says 'Start the Battle' Luoyi checks his Status, he didn't got to check it after his Devil and God body formed.

Everyone hears what he said and laughed, maybe he is growing crazy and wants to act an idiot to be spared. Luoyi saw this and kept quiet but laugh to himself, he never realized that the zanpakuto he got is Ichigo's Zangetsu.
Rei: "Heh, such a trash"
Rei looked at the elder and said
Rei: "Elder, can we start now?"
The elder knows why Rei was so eager about it so he just smile and said
Elder: "Step to your respected position and let us start the Life and Death Battle!"
