I admit, his views on work related issues are remarkable but, I hate the fact that he thinks he is the only one who is always right. He tends to downplay the efforts of others and wants to be obeyed at all cost. When it comes to work, his professionalism is remarkable. As for been his friend, I don't know much about how is he when he isn't at work but he seems to be someone who values friendship a lot and I think he and I share that quality together.
