Seeing that I'm way past the fundamental level, Alexander begrudgingly questioned his essence as my instructor.
"You're exaggerating, Sir. Knowledge is just one thing, though. I still have a long, long way to go," I remarked a bit sheepishly.
"Yeah, you're right. Shall we jump over the basics and proceed to the needlework? I can also teach you more about history and contemporary fashion. You may show me your portfolio later today," Alexander replied to which she replied with a titter.
"That's new. I thought portfolios are supposed to be one of the qualifications before getting all that training."
"For the record, it should be. But sometimes, one doesn't judge a person by looking at what they did in the past. Instead, they'd rather go beyond and see what's in store for their future."
"Hmm... Perhaps, you can say that because of the prophecy."
"Not at all. I've got good eyes for this kind of things. Otherwise, I won't be recruiting you even before that prophecy."
