With the promise to make it up to him for all the times he lacked greatly as a father, Baron Pierre relayed his message on Alexander in the same amicable way that he hadn't done in a long, long while.
At first, his son wasn't sure how to respond. He even looked dubious for a second, which he couldn't really blame him for since he kept doing things that caused him to earn his distrust.
"If you don't want to see me anymore, I won't show up before you again. You already had your atelier's opening and I successfully attended it, so I already fulfilled my duty as your instructor.
