It's the fall of 1944 and the Western Allie's have landed in Normandy. In Berlin Germany , Hitler is informed that if nothing changes the Sovit Union will be in Germany in less than a year in the East and the Western Allie's will cross into Germany by years end.
But Hitler will not re inforce the Eastern troops nor move the 7th and 9th Army's in the West. This will bring forth the first real talk about removing Hitler.
On October 22,1944 the first TOP SECRET meeting was held in Bonn Germany. This meeting was lead by Field Marshall Rienner.
During the meeting it was decided that after Hitler was removed that the German armed forces needed to be pulled out of Africa, Middle East and parts of the Easter front.
In doing this, it would increase the size of German troops to be sent to Western front to hold off the American and English armies.
Ever since 1940, Hitler refused to pull any troops from loosing battles. This would make the loss of tens of thousands of troops.
Also it was hoped that if the new German government could stall for time, a truce could be made with the American government and English government to join together and push back the Sovit Union military.
It already became clear that who ever did win the war, that the Sovit Union needed to be stoped from taking all of mainland Europe.
