Flare Horse: The species of monster which May and Fo are. They are long lived equine monsters which boast lifespans between 200-400 years, and they don't reach sexual maturity until their late 50's. While in their adolescent, they are quite passive, they often become aggressive at maturity. These equine are sexually dimorphic, with females displaying normal equine colouration typically, and males boasting a beautiful array of colours. Female flare horses will develope 2 horns on their heads at sexual maturity, whereas males will develope a single horn. While the females of these monsters will often attack creatures with their horns, males will often use it as a point for casting spells. Females will lay eggs at maturity every few months, and they are a prized delicacy worth many thousands of coin. Fertile eggs will differ in colour to unfertile eggs and have large stripes representing the gender of the equine inside, vertical for females, horizontal for males. Females will often lay nests of up to 10 eggs, but later in their life, only 2-3. At maturity, males do not differ in size or shape to normal horses, but females will grow up to double their size and quadruple their weight. In this state, they are highly territorial and may attack any creatures, including other flare horses, within a few miles of their nest.
Cow Swine: A common bovine-like creature boasting no aggression or magical abilities. They are often raised for their wool and meat, thanks to their ease of farming and high rate of reproduction.
Mud Chicken: A small foul that is highly aggressive and will often attack anyone not in it's herd with it's razer sharp teeth. It boasts powerful claws on it's wings which it uses for digging. This creature is often raised for it's eggs.
