A three years after Max's disappearance and Jack enrolment at the cathedral as one of the only scholarship students, Jack became popular very quickly as expected by Stacy who came to check on him every once in a while to see how he was holding up.
Jack was out in the courtyard with two boys named Theodore and Edwin, and two girls named Mira and Chloe. They were all around the slide taking their usual positions then Edwin speaks up "you know... our time here is running out", " i think we're well aware" snaps Chloe. "Doesn't change the fact that he's right.... which brings me to say.... Mira and I are next" said Theodore,"But that means you're leaving tomorrow" stuttered Jack" Why didn't you tell me!?!? i would have..", "That's exactly why" cut in Theodore" you're too sentimental to let go of those close to you.... this is for the best", "How.... can i make you change your mind?", " You can't" cut in Edwin. " Nobody asked you!!!..... come on Theo you can't do this".
"and why not?? it's my life isn't it"
"Theo... please don't make me do something i'll regret"
"then don't do it if you know you'll regret it..... but i'm not staying here for anyone"
" And what about us!!"
"who is 'us'??"
" everybody you're leaving behind"
" you didn't know??" says Theodore chuckling," They're all coming with me... everybody here is going to the academy.. everyone except you that is"
".. what?" stutters Jack as he falls on his knees with a tear flowing down his cheek. Edwin walks up to him and puts his hand on Jack's shoulder " Did you really think we would put up with your none-sense forever... did you really think we would remain your pawns forever?" he says with a satisfied smirk. " Jack turns to Mira " You to Mira... do you feel the same as everyone??" he asks in desperation, " Sorry... i only put up with your foul mouthed pride because of your power over me.... i thought we could genuinely be friends but all you ever did was boast about your authority and hurt those who didn't deserve it... and so with this announcement... let the revolution begin!!!" she replies, and simultaneously all students male and female numbering 70 in total rushed out of the dorms and attacked Jack, expectedly the first to attack was Edwin.
Jack evaded Edwins punch then wiped the tear from his face then thought to himself " After all i did to protect you from that woman... this is how you all repay me?!?!... I guess the damage has been done", " here i thought i was a good actor... come at me then just keep it entertaining" Jack says with a maniacal smile branded across his face. Five minutes after they ran out Stacy and six of her bodyguards rush out to see every student on the floor close to the point of death except, Theodore who was limping, Mira who was bleeding badly on her knees, Edwin who passed out standing and Jack who resting on a tree branch with a sleeping mask on. " None of them got past one kick, "Jack you know more than anyone how powerful the shockwaves your kicks produce are!!" replied Stacy, " then they shouldn't have betrayed me" said Jack taking the sleeping mask off " do you want this back?" he asked holding the mask out to Stacy, she hesitated then replied" keep it, its a present from me to you" she then said with a genuine smile. "Thanks" replied Jack hanging the mask on his neck before proceeding to walk up to Theodore " Where is your revolution now huh?" he says before walking up to Mira " And as for you... i thought you would be my only genuine friend, but it turns out you just another suck up..... i guess this is goodbye.... give anyone who manages to leave the compound your best treatment" ordered Jack before leaving the cathedral grounds entirely. He then thought to himself " I could have handled that better... but then again I was gonna have to do away with them someday... ain't that right Max?", then a voice not of the world responded " In a way.. i guess that means training is now in session" . Jack smirks then says " yeah... what ever you want".
Back in the present day the bye stander walks up to Jack, " would you like to see others in this category MR. Morrison??". " No... That will not be necessary... besides you just reminded me off a terrible memory and you must now suffer...."
